Ordered an online pickup order for the 6pc wings with the included sauce they are tossed in, received them with no sauce, nor the dipping sauces I had also ordered. They had confirmed the order name and items, and still got it wrong.

Chicken was old and dry. Very disappointed when I ordered a whole 8 piece. I’ve never had a bad experience at Popeyes prior to this and I’ve eaten it for years across many states. This was terrible and you’ve lost a loyal customer forever due to poor quality control.

I got food poisoning from this place. I ordered shrimp, and had food poisoning symptoms within 24 hours of consuming the food.

Some of the worst Popeyes Chicken I’ve ever had. So over cooked and dry. I was so angry when I got it home and we started eating it. I purchased this for my parents who are older and they don’t believe in bringing food back even if its bad but I really regret not doing so and speaking to the manager.

This is the second time we’ve gotten chicken from this location and it’s terrible!! The chicken is either over cooked it’s dry!! You can tell the oil they fry it in hasn’t been changed all day cause the chicken is just dark and really greasy !! Waste of money!

20 minutes is far too long to wait when going through a drive thru. Restaurant was not busy and the wait was unreasonable.

Not for sure why they don't have green beans there which makes no sense because most Popeyes have green beans but I wish they had

it's a few things I can say about this location...nothing good.1. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I'm not sure if they are being lazy or what but every time I go to this location, it is always something missing from my order. A few times it was my side, my desert, or my sauces.2. I placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before I headed to the restaurant. I get to the window, and they tell me to pull into a parking spot, it will be a 10 minute wait. I thought the purpose of mobile ordering was so that I do not have to wait for my food. I am on my lunch break so my time is precious, hence the purpose of me doing a mobile order. I can literally count on 1 hand how many cars are in the parking lot (most likely employees) so being busy isn't the issue. Then, when I finally got my food, (40 minutes after arriving) they were still missing items and my food was not fresh. I thought after waiting, my food will be fresh.Edit: I ended up going in to get my food and when I walked in, they were just standing around.

This was the 3rd and last time we'll order from this Popeyes. My husband placed our order, was asked to move to wait on something..no big deal. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone walked out to the truck, asked what he ordered, let him know they lost his original order, and said they would remake it and get it out asap. We ordered a 12 piece, Mac and cheese, mashed taters and some strawberry biscuits. When he returned home, we ended up with cold, overcooked, tiny chicken, Cold and mushy Mac, $50 less money, and a bad taste in our mouths for this consistently bad Popeyes. Popeyes used to be a treat, apart from our local chicken place. No point even wasting the money.

Quick, easy, and good as always. This is our local fried chicken go-to.

The sandwich had decent pickles, but was nothing special. I believe the Popeye's chicken sandwich is just some hype campaign to sell what Chick-fil-a already does so much better. The order was correct, but nobody in this restaurant was speaking English to each other. I suspect they are mostly illegal wage-slave grade employees. I paid cash for the order, $11.07, where the total was $10.27 the unlikely legally authorized to work in the USA Central American (likely) did not want to bother processing giving me back the change. When I told him I could just go somewhere else, he gave me a dollar back. I looked at him, "Why not just give me the correct change?", then he really set me off by telling his co-workers in Spanish that I "Did not understand." I do speak Spanish as a second language and understood him just fine, at which point I started chewing him out in Spanish calling him all sorts of colorful names. He continued to act like an empty-headed moron, and just smiled that illegal smile that he knows he is untouchable because of the lack of immigration law enforcement and America's love of exploitable labor. The manager, just came and gave me the $0.80. I then asked the moron "Was that so HARD?", at which point the manager shut the window. I believe the owner of this Popeye's owns multiple LLCs in the area with about the same name, unfortunately it is difficult to boycott Mohammed whatever-his-names businesses because he owns about thirty of them, including the former Jones Road Location. When you attempt to follow the paper trail for LLC registration Mo Eats (or whatever variant thereof) ties back to Mohammed something. The idea being, that he cuts corners at our expense, therefore the best thing to do would be to not support those kinds of businesses. He gets away with it because of market saturation, this restaurant will be a carbon-copy of the Jones Road one in a few years, once the oil gets that old. Indeed, I miss the neglected Texaco, formerly Diamond Shamrock they tore down to put this trash business. To contrast, the McDonald's across Telge owned by Gutierez Partners, is damn near a perfect fast-food place. I do not think I have EVER seen anybody there that may not have been legally authorized to work in the USA.

It is not appreciated that an employee in break is playing music from their phone louder than the restaurant's music. And, oh my gosh, HE STANK! I mean really stank!

My first visit to this chain in a very long time for a quick lunch. Surprised how much better it was than memory.
