Krystle is truly amazing! I came in at the last minute with graduation invitations and she got it done in no time. She understood what I wanted and was patient with me. And she didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The price was super reasonable. I will tell everyone who needs stuff printed or mailed to go see her!!

Krystal and Andrew take great care of me every time I go here! They are so fast, patient, and can do everything from mail packages to create professional packets for sales presentations which they have done for me. They are also open early and late, so they are super convenient. I would not go anywhere else for mailing, printing, or binding needs.

Printed two separate sets of plans at the wrong scale. Asked for them to check scale in the second order, they still got it wrong. Document size is part of document properties and I have never experienced this level of incompetence at any other location or printer before. Manager says they will not refund either order. Avoid this location. Horrible customer service.

I sent a request for a quote and after a day I didn't hear back but got an email welcoming me from signing up (from the requested quote). I emailed that email back asking for the quote and when I didn't hear back after another day I called them. They said they get a lot of emails so they didn't get my request for a quote and then just gave me it over the phone. $25 for a single poster print/gloss, normal price I guess. But when I went to pick it up there were two copies, both were absolutely terrible quality. This is NOT on the workers, this is their printer. There were thick lines where ink didn't fully get into the paper every 2" (I've worked in printing, this is the printer's fault). But not only that, it was extremely pixelated. I made sure my document was 300dpi and created at the dimensions that I was printing - there was no reason it should have been THAT pixelated at all. It seems like they saved a preview of the image instead of downloading the image before printing - or whatever software they used to print couldn't handle it. But either way it was a completely unacceptable print, by the lines alone. They need to get their printer fixed before charging anyone for quality prints.

I have been using this Barker Cypress Post Net location for over a year now and I absolutely Love it!! The two ladies Krystle and Hazel are such jewels. They both give excellent customer service and always let me know when my boutique packages have arrived. I have such a large number of packages coming to this location and the girls always have my packages stacked together and ready for me to receive. I also ship my customer packages from this location and have never had a problem with timely scanning and shipping of the items. This place is excellent for those who need to use their address as a business address and primary shipping hub for business and personal items. Thanks for all you do!! ~Sadie w/Sashay Couture BTQ
