Melody served me when I came for my first time, she freestyled me sandwiches after I told her what meats I like. It was fantastic!! I’ll ask for melody every time y’all should check out there food.

Crew seems to be doing their best based on what they’re given, but there seems to be a bit of miscommunication as far as training. When I placed a mobile order, I assumed they would prepare it and have it ready when I got there. This time I ended up waiting 40 minutes because I was supposed to tell the employee that I was there. No employee ever acknowledge me the whole time I was waiting because I was standing at the mobile order station, but all employees were dealing with walk-in customers the entire time I was in the store.

I ordered an Italian on white with basically everything on it except mustard and hot peppers. I only got Mayo and lettuce. This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and not get what I ordered. Which sucks because I love potbelly. But I hate not getting what I ordered.

I had an amazing experience at this fine establishment. The customer service was top tier and its all thanks to Shaun. He greeted me and produced one of the best sandwiches i have ever had. This kid deserves a raise!

My turkey avocado was just a mountain of turkey lunchmeat and the tiniest avocado slice. They fill your cup to the top with ice, to the point that it's difficult to put your straw in. It shouldn't be that filled with ice. At that point, I'm paying for a cup of ice instead of a drink.

The last 3 times I've visited this location has been not so good. My favorite sandwich, the Turkey Avo is always burned. Not sure what's going on, but I'm not inclined to visit again.

Coming from Chicago, I am nothing but thrilled to see a Chicago sandwich shop. However sadly, it's not the same service as in Chicago. They are slow and non energetic. Sad looking bunch of workers. If you want you lovely sandwich with a dose of pathetic feel.... Here you can get them.

⚠️*** DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION *** ⚠️ THEY PURPOSELY SPIKE YOUR FOOD⚠️ SEVERE FOOD POISONING ALERT ⚠️If my memory serves me correctly a caucasian male with a beard and long hair started serving us at the beginning of the service line stage taking our order.He kept a straight face and answered with one or minimal words as possible and literally went out of his way to maintain this as we continued and also had open ended questions regardlessly!The next member of their team was a black male who seemed a little more higher spirited, however, things unfolded, you’ll hear as I continue.As we were taken back by the first representations persona we forgot to order 2 soups, but we remembered while the second representative prepared our sandwich’s and we conveyed to him we would like them, also that we liked the pastry that comes with it to give us a good portion of it, he took the order and that was that and he proceeded to finish with our sandwich’s.By this time we were waiting at the till/payment area and the 2 rep making the sandwich’s said for more pastry it would cost more money!I have been to many location and never heard this, so I said that’s quite alright just the normal portion would be fine, he then conveyed this to the first rep (who started our encounter) and he purposely gave us a smaller portion than usual.We literally both watched him take a scoop and then empty a 3rd of it back into the container so we were dissatisfied.This rep then brought the soups over and started checking us out.At this stage the 1st rep is cashing us out and the 2nd brings the other sandwich over and whispers something under his breath (I’m not sure if it was to his colleague or to us) so I look at him and he has this look on his face and that was that. Naturally the first thing I thought was has he done something to the food but collected the food and left. We leave and on our way out I get one of the managers card at the door way on the table.I believe the managers name is Nadine.The person who eaten that second sandwich had food poisoning, projectile vomiting in the middle of the night! From then throughout the course of today had all the symptoms you would expect from food poisoning!The rest of the sandwich is in the freezer and will be sent for testing and Potbelly will be held accountable. We visited 11/3/23 at roughly just after 21:10 I am confident the cctv will validate my account. Our loyalty card will show just how much we are worth to this company and extrapolated is a significant loss as we/our family/friends/colleagues will all hear about this encounter and will never eat at a Potbelly EVER again!***DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION AT ANY COST!***

Service is horrible at this location and the vegetable bar is always so filthy.And twice I've seen them handle cash and not wash thier hands after.Just gross. Bad management at peak hours
