Michelle was just an excellent associate. For quite a year I have decided not to go to the Cypress branch because of poor customer service. Her welcome greetings and performance made my day and I decided to send more customers to the Barker Cypress branch instead of going to the 290 branch. She's exceptionally awesome. Needs to be a manager.

They don’t work with non-citizen. Don’t waste your time coming in here. Employee didn’t take my info or anything. Very rude people not even tried to help or have an explanation just literally was told to find a different place. What a mess!

Horrible service l! No wonder yah are so understaffed. I literally saw 2-3 members walk out. Yahs virtual tell Paola needs 100% culture and service training.

They don’t bank with people that are not citizens they don’t accept immigrants when you call there customers service they said yes and when you talk to the teller she said no so I close my account can support a bank like that don’t waste your time ??
