I cannot recommend this school enough to parents and families looking for child care and education. The front-office management and teachers are exceptional and extremely helpful. They host fun events year round, and are always looking for ways to keep children and families engaged with school activities. You simply cannot go wrong with sending your child to Primrose School of Bridgeland!

Primrose is truly exceptional in every way. From the very first day, Megan greeted us at the front desk with warmth and kindness, instantly making us feel at home. Barbara made the admissions process seamless and welcoming, ensuring every question was answered and every step was stress-free. In the classroom, Miss Marquisa, Miss Tiffany, and their dedicated assistants went above and beyond every single day—offering not just exceptional teaching, but genuine love, care, and encouragement. Under Georgia’s outstanding leadership, the entire school operates with a level of professionalism, passion, and dedication to the children that is unmatched.
In just eight months at Primrose, my daughter flourished—gaining skills, confidence, and a love for learning that has carried into kindergarten. The school also hosted outstanding events and celebrations, with her graduation being the highlight: beautifully planned, thoughtfully detailed, and truly unforgettable. I only wish we had enrolled her sooner. We already miss Primrose dearly, but the foundation they provided has set her up for lasting success.

My granddaughter has been a student at Primrose Bridgeland for a couple of years. From the very first visit we were made to feel like family. My granddaughter has loved every person there and they have all loved her. The administrators we most often see are Georgia, Megan and Barbara. They are always so kind and welcoming. If ever any of us has a question or a concern any of these ladies take the time to get us the answers in a timely manor. The teachers that have taught my granddaughter have been excellent. This year she has Miss Destiny and just loves her. She runs a tight ship with lots of love and guidance. She too is so welcoming, loving and always upbeat! My daughter has another little one that will also become a student there! I can't say enough about how wonderful the school is and how safe we feel leaving our precious babies there!

My grandchild went to this school, and it honestly breaks my heart to even talk about the experience we had. I don’t even know where to begin. What hurts the most is that the people in charge didn’t seem to truly listen to the teachers who knew and cared about my grandson. They acted like they knew better, but how could they possibly understand him more than the loving teachers who spent every day with him? Even thought we’ve already pulled him out, I couldn’t stay silent. Other families deserve to know what’s really going on. I’ve seen and heard things that no child should have to be around, teachers yelling, kids running wild without anyone paying attention, and adults glued to their phones instead of caring for these little ones. And all the while, the managers are up front, laughing and chatting, completely disconnected from the chaos happening just a few steps away. It doesn't help that one of his teachers told me they were told to use AI to send notes home about our baby. It’s upsetting. It’s disappointing. And it’s honestly painful. How can teachers handle tough behaviors or help kids grow when the support they need from their leaders just isn’t there? I truly hope other children are being treated better than my grandchild was. No children deserves to feel unseen or uncared for.

After nearly 8 years combined between both my sons attending Primrose West Cinco Ranch we made the decision with a heavy heart to move our youngest to Primrose Bridgeland, closer to home. Within just a couple weeks the curriculum director and director had placed an evaluation on my son without our knowledge. The curriculum director labeled my child. We had other plans for the upcoming school year but the lack of nurturing environment this school had to offer we knew our son picked up on that as well. We made the decision to return to who we consider family at Primrose West Cinco Ranch. We will never fully know what happened inside those classroom walls because the teachers and staff were not aligned but we can now go about our summer knowing he is with people who care.

Teachers are fantastic! All 3 kids have gone to the school and loved it. They are known, loved and noticed every day. Teachers are true partners with the parents in kids education and development. There are a few gems at the school whom we’ve grown to love- miss Brie, Ms. Gaby, Ms. Marquisa, Ms. Martha, and Miss Trish! Love and highly recommend the school

We love this school. We started with our oldest daughter, when she was in preschool, a few years ago. My husband and I love the structure provided to our young kids. We are very happy with the results. The teachers and administrative staff are wonderful! I recommend this school!

The Director of Primrose School of Bridgeland, Georgia Snyder is a wonderful leader. My first encounter with her presented me with a positive indication that she is moving the school to an enviable level among its revival. Her commitment to providing the best safety, learning environment and successful outcome for the children at Primrose School of Bridgeland at all the levels will make every parent proud knowing that she has a great team at work. Thank you, Director for your leadership.

So I have had some time to 'cool off' and gather my thoughts before posting this review. We were with this school for 5 years and pulled my kids out 2 months ago.
The teachers there are great so no complaints in that area, but the leadership there is atrocious. Think Mean Girls, but with grown adult women. The Curriculum Director there targets specific kids to the point we worried about the mental wellbeing of my children at the hands of this woman. I was also listened to through the intercom system without my knowledge while having what I thought was a private conversation with one of my children's teachers. What was said during that conversation was used to threaten both myself and his poor teacher. I pulled both of my kids out for their safety and our own sanity.
I beg any parents looking for a daycare to look elsewhere. There are so many other facilities in the area that have kind and inclusive leadership and foster and encourage healthy development of children. Unfortunately, Primrose School of Bridgeland is not one of them.

I’m really disappointed at the owners of this place. I’m surprised at the blatant racism that happens at this school. This school should not be in a neighborhood that is diverse and promotes equality. I am really tempted to report this school.

Our experience at Primrose has been wonderful. We have a 10yr old, a 4yr old and a 3yr old. All of which have been at Primrose. Our 10 yr old was extremely successful at Primrose and our 3 and 4 year olds were scared to start going to school and didn’t want us to leave them anywhere. Now, the kids love Primrose, they love the staff, they know their teachers by name, and can tell us their favorite part of each day. They are learning at an extremely high rate and they come home everyday and surprise us with what they’ve learned. We are Primrose parents through and through and couldn’t imagine having our kids anywhere else. We know without a shadow of a doubt they are safe and well taken care of everyday!

We absolutely love Primrose School of Bridgeland. Everyone from the front office staff, to the teachers, to the kitchen staff is so kind and caring. My children love coming here and this place is like a breath of a fresh air every day. I couldn't imagine a better place for my children to learn and grow.

We have been at Primrose School of Bridgeland for almost one year and have been impressed with this school. We feel safe that there are always staff at the front desk (where at our previous school, that was not the case). The teachers we have met in our two children’s classes have been awesome. They truly seem to care for our kids and the student to staff ratio is great. There are a lot of activities that goes on in the school that our children enjoy. Overall, our kids love coming to Primrose School of Bridgeland.
