**PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY NOR TIME ON THIS LOCATION**September 2019 complaint-1 star is all this location desires. My experience was less than satisfying. My vehicle had a small repair needed and it took 2 months to complete the job. The end result wasn't nearly worth all the trouble I went through.Particularly Kody Franklin, not only lacks costumer services skills and professionalism but also his willingness to try and make my experience half decent. His desire to help me, was that of a homeless person's eagerness to obtain a real job. Slim to none.When I called the supervisor to complain about the service I was receiving and to get answers to all my question marks, I was transferred to another representative.I never did speak to the supervisor nor did I receive any type of compensation for the nightmare they put me through. I have since went to another body shop to get the poor work from Fogle Collision Cypress, done correctly.

My experience was beyond satisfying. It's really not enough stars to express my gratitude. From start to the completion of the work, they kept me informed. And to add top notch to a already exceptional experience, they made time to help get the car back to my home without and additional charge. ????????????????????????????????????. For the additional stars Goggle don't have as an option.

The experience I had with Classic Collision from start to finish was outstanding. I dropped my vehicle off and two days later they had completed the repairs to my bumper. The gentleman who helped me was very thorough and kind. He even buffed out some scuff marks above my rear wheel well for no extra charge. Ty Cross is THE MAN! I had a great experience with them earlier this year when I hit some debris on the highway and damaged my truck. They fixed my truck up nicely and were pleasant to deal with. Then my blind girlfriend backs my truck into my garage wall and scrapes the same side they fixed earlier this year. SMH. Thinking it was gonna cost me a couple grand (wasn’t wanting to make another insurance claim) out of pocket, Ty Cross says “hold on, I think we can fix this easily.” He grabs some paint thinner and buffing compound and in ten minutes removes all the surface paint and scratches from garage wall!!! Couldn’t even tell where the scuffs were!He could have easily gave me an estimate and been on his merry way. But being the good person he is he knew it wasn’t necessary to take my money for surface scuffs and happily fixed it on the spot with some elbow grease and buffer wheel. I tried to give him a tip for his efforts and kindness and he refused.If your car needs a repair or you have any body questions about your car GO SEE TY CROSS!Thank you Ty!!Services: Painting

I definitely recommend this shop for body work. I really want to commend Ty on how communicative he was and how he was always available to answer any question or concern. Not only did he listen to my ranting without taking offense, he also expressed empathy which was incredibly impactful. The repairs done to my vehicle were skillfully done. The repainted door panels on my car match perfectly! Iam really amazed by the quality of work done to my car and the exemplary customer service delivered. I took my car to this ‘place’ for an estimate on 6-10-22 and was scheduled to drop my car off on 6-27-22 for repairs. I called to confirm my 6-27 drop-off before driving over and was told by the manager that they do not work on Audi Q5’s!!!! I’ve been waiting for nothing! So disappointed - If they couldn’t repair my car there, then I should have been told back on 6-10. I do NOT recommend this so-called preferred Allstate repair shop.

Jay did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I had a few scratches and dinged up tail light. All was fixed in a timely manner, and done right. We had an issue with job being totally finished ....just a mix up ....Jay handled it with care and attention to detail. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. The front desk manager was also courteous and kind. I will go back to get work done ....hopefully not too soon tho! But as necessary!

I wont bad mouth specific individuals, during the process of insurance covering my car repair, they sent us here. It took them 3.5 weeks and had to be sent back because of an ineptitude to adhered to standards of service. I'm not a crazy picky person but when you replace a hood and window its nice if they line up and the tint is the same percentage on both sides.Service: Body & Trim
