I love the giant obvious white sign that says "prosperity bank" in huge letters so it's easy for me to see it.Thank you.Also, The ladies that work at this bank, are very friendly helpful, personable, professional, show concern for the privacy of your account, they are patient, and I just have an all-around good experience in dealing with prosperity Bank. We have to open an estate account for my father who passed away, and I'm not good at understanding the complexities of accounting stuff. But they helped me understand all of it, and they were very patient about it too with me. And that goes further than people realize. I've been so stressed out, and just their simple friendliness and... Pointing me in the right direction, meant the world to me in my search for answers about the account.Patience is a WAYYYY underrated virtue. We all lack it on the freeway..... But it's good there are people like this exercising it in our world today, thank you ladies at prosperity Bank in Fairfield.Please give these ladies a pizza party or, well they deserve a raise, $35 an hour should be sufficient.Have a nice day and thank you for being awesome.
