My monthly payment went from $49 to $66 for no reason. That’s a 35% increase for what?? I’ve only been with Public Storage for 5 months. I am getting all my stuff out this month and looking elsewhere. $66 a month for a 5’x5’ is insane.

Your entry code will constantly not work and the "manager" never answers the phone to fix it. You'll receive a call 1-2 days later, claiming it's fixed and asking you to try again. After 2 years of rate hikes (from $90-$284), I moved my stuff to another location. Within a week, I was contacted by a collection company where I found out that she charged me for another month because I "failed to give a 2 weeks notice of move out". That wasn't in the contract. Then she said it's because I didn't return the lock. A $5 lock that didn't fit in the return box. They even removed the door to access the office because she turned the whole building into her home (she had an apartment upstairs before).
I have legal insurance.. I'll let them handle it ig.

Do not expect privacy if you lease a unit here. Your detailed information and video will be shared apparently to whom ever asks about you. I know this occurred, because my stalker sent me notice of when I was there and what I was driving. Public Storage knows who is in and out when you enter your code in to enter and then your code to go out, apparentlty they then look up the video to match and share it. Not sure how they can legally do this? I filed a complaint with Corporate and I do not feel very hopeful that anything will be done.

The lady at the desk is marvelous!!!She is knowledgeable & courteous.This site is so clean you could eat off the concrete.Another words, this is where you want to rent your storage.Not only do you have a gate code the lady in office has to come & unlock your building so you can get to your unit. This makes me feel that my belongings are extremely safe & secure.

These people suck!. Made a reservation for a particular unit and called in for a tour, the rude attendant proceeded to tell me they don't have it. When I asked if they had any additional sizes close to the size I reserved, she kept repeating herself like a robot. She did this over and over everytime I tried to clarify myself. OUTRIGHT RUDE AND ARROGANT!

We came into the store looking for a unit. Sharon was very helpful and quick and she also took us and showed us the unit went over how to do the rental and complete it. She was wonderful and she has a beautiful personality very professionally and helpful.

Been here for almost 2 years never really had a problem with the place until now I originally signed for $52 a month two years later I’m paying $110 and there’s nothing I can do about it seems pretty unfair. Their excuse is market value.
