I initially gave this company a one star review. I signed up online. I called the store within ten minutes to cancel because I was unsure if I would really need a storage unit. The store said they would refund my money minus the administration fee. I wanted to know why as they did not do the work. Company policy not refundable. As you would imagine, I was not happy. I called corporate as well to be told the same and in a rude way. The same night I received a call from Sheila, the district manager. She wanted to know what had happened. I told her and she was very apologetic. She told me that she would submit to have the fee refunded to me. If it had been the next day it would not be able to be refunded. I understood that, since I would have been holding up the unit they could have rented out. Thank you Sheila for taking the time to personally reach out to me and take care of my issue. Customer service seems to be rare these days. I appreciate that you went above and beyond to make sure to turn my experience into a positive one. When I need a storage unit I will be renting from you.
