Efficient, clean, courteous and attentive to patient’s needs, i.e. electronic order or fax order & call to Primary Care Physician as necessary.

I had a good experience today at this Quest location thanks to Elaine L., the phlebotomist. There were hiccups with my order, but she was very patient, kind and helpful! I was in and out of there in no time.

I was a walk-in and still only took about 15 minutes. Very quick and painless

If I could, I would give 0 stars because not only was this location slow (they saw 5 people in an hour with waiting room full of 13 people). I waited at the location for 2.5 hours and never got an appointment so I decided to leave. So did 6 other people who were in line after me. The staff was extremely rude and refused to help or accommodate people.

Most horrible clinic. We had appointment at this clinic when we drive over 20 miles to get to the Barker Cypress location we see a note saying “ we are closed because we don’t have water today “ you would think one of the careless and entitled rude employees or a manager would think to contact all the patients who have appointments and say all appointments are cancelled please don’t drive to the clinic! I sat in my car and saw so many patients old and young with appointments walking to the door only to be frustrated that a huge franchise like Quest diagnostics has so little care and respect for their customers/patients that they didn’t think the contract and cancel appointments or say please don’t drive nobody will be here! Such a horrible service without your friends and families leaving 5 stars on google reviews Question diagnostics would be a 1 star clinic!

Doctors, if you are looking at this, order fecal tests separate from other blood work so your patients do not get their orders lost in the online scheduling system.
First time I've ever had an issue in all my years of using Quest but it is enough of a deal breaker to make me move to competitors.
Staff is fine, especially here, but their scheduler and access to customer service leave a lot to be desired.
I had no idea that I couldn't make two appointments on one order, so I made one initially to pick up my fecal test, since I was told it would be an at home test. I could not make a second appointment off the order for the rest of the bloodwork. So I made a stand alone appointment, thinking it would be okay. Well it didn't connect to the order, so when I arrived today they had no idea why I was here (and I had to send the original paper copy of the order with the fecal test, so I had nothing, copies not accepted). So I'm sitting here waiting for a second fax of my order to connect with the damn system just so I can get this done. Not in a good mood and it's all because of bad code.

Nurses were very accommodating, I had an urgent meeting with a customer come up and arrived 1.5 hours prior to see if the ladies could attend to my request sooner and they did. They were super nice, customer service orientated and efficient at getting my blood work completed. I sincerely appreciate them working me in sooner so I could meet my work requirement.
Only negative comment is not being able to get anyone at that location to answer the phone to see about scheduling my appointment to an earlier time and if it was allowed to come in to the office significant earlier than my original appointment time.

Jauna did a fantastic job. She was friendly, gave clear instructions, and the stick to my arm was barely felt. Very happy she was my technician that collected my lab samples.????????

It was clean, we did a walk-in and didn’t have to wait much. The only thing I didn’t like was Sule’s attitude and the way she was talking to my daughters irritated me. Because of her attitude, I don’t want to come back.

I visited this Quest Diagnostics center on August 2nd, 2024, with the objective of undergoing a biometric screening. To my utmost surprise, the nurse informed me that they did not have scales at the facility. How can a biometric service be conducted without the ability to measure a person’s weight? This situation is highly concerning. The nurse then asked for my last recorded weight and entered that into the system, despite my informing her that the measurement was over a year old and, no doubt, was inaccurate by now. I am profoundly dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and believe this practice to be fraudulent.

Helpful and accommodating. I did have an appointment error they wasn’t my fault. Something wrong with the CheckIn system, but I let someone know and they fixed it. There is no receptionist, so I did have to wait for someone to come out and then ask someone for help when the door was open. The person that ended up helping me went out of her way to be sure that things were smooth after I was called back.

ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS REMOVED. Terrible. Medical staff should know their limits. Said they were capable of drawing blood from an infant. Obviously we’re not. Daughter ended up with bruising from them fishing. They had the tourniquet on for too long and left Petechiae everywhere from her elbow up. Had to go to the dr immediately after to get her checked. Terrible terrible. If they don’t know how to draw blood from an infant, say so. Save my child the trauma.
