“I really did not have time to deal with selling our home FSBO and the particular home was far away from the area realtors who I personally know work within so we used this company after we received a flyer in the mail.The realtor commission was low (2%) and the closing cost was slightly less than what we were hoping for, but well within our target range, granted we did not put much work into the home besides stainless steel appliances and new flooring. My only qualms were that the particular realtor was very young and although friendly, was not very flexible with the fact that I lived in a different city and did not have much help to evacuate and prepare the house for certain dates. She offered to help me move my items to speed things up to meet her house staging photo day deadline but I could tell by her attitude, she did not want to do it and a few of my personal items as well as some fixtures in the house (tiles, electrical wall plug covers) were broken. This was probably my fault as I expressed dissatisfaction with having to drive from another city to bring a garage clicker for a buyer that ended up not having enough money to buy the house and having to go out of my way to meet rigid deadlines that could probably have been moved. Also we never got sufficient heads up before buyers came to view the house which wasn't a big issue but could have definitely helped us. Overall it was a formidable experience and I would still recommend anyone in the Cypress or Brenham area to choose this company. I could have avoided my specific issues by getting my items moved out and preparing the house before moving out of town.”
