Markell overall did an excellent job. I purchased a boot and roughly a month later after break in, and making sure it wasn't me. Let me also mention Irish Setters don't have a 30 day guarantee. I brought the boot back to be inspected for a manufacture deffect. After him doing the tests, I ensured him you cannot feel it with it your hand. He took out my insole and put his in and tried the boot on. He immediately felt, what I would assume was the cork not applied correctly leaving a huge bump in the front of the toes. He was willing to accept the boot back and order the version he didn't have in stock. Well, as a traveling construction worker there is no saying the next time I'm a be in the area. He made a phone call to a different location and explained the situation and got it remmied. Great customer service. This experience was like 8 months ago. Just getting to the review. Thank you!

I have stopped here multiple times. Today I stopped in 4/18/25 around 2pm to get some new socks, get my boots cleaned and even grabbed me a new belt. Markell is awesome and knowledgeable every time I stop in and always keeps me up to date with their new arrivals. Keep up the great work and I'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

Markell Thomas knows his stuff super well. Within minutes of waking into the store, he helped me find the right work boot for my feet. I've never had such an easy time buying boots. He had a full detailed explanation on each boot, and had the price (taxes and all) before we even went to the counter. I'll be back for sure.
