Jon was outstanding. I did something dumb with my 40 ft motor coach and Jon got me out at a serious bind with ZERO damage to the rig. He could have easily just grabbed the back of it and pulled but instead he surveyed the predicament, formed an action plan and made it happen safely with no damage. Can’t say thanks enough.

I have a Class A diesel pusher that was down due to engine troubles. I tried working with my RV insurance company, and even AAA to find someone who understood what it would take to tow a 37,000 pound motorhome, but was terribly frustrated and discouraged with the tow companies that they tried to assign (and they ultimately would cancel on me). Anyway, a quick google search on HD truck towing led me to find Jonathan. He answered on the first ring, said he understood what needed to be done in order to prep the RV for towing, and gave me a time that he would most likely be able to come. He provided updates as one would expect while I waited. He arrives with the appropriate tow vehicle, went right to work to prep the RV for towing (a pretty large task by itself), and was able to install confidence in his ability to do the job right immediately.
Professional, courteous, sensitive to my frustrations with his peers in the towing business, and was extremely careful when towing our RV.
For all that was going wrong with my RV, Jonathan was the one bright spot in this mess. Good work.

The quickness and high attention to customers is top with Redline. Jonathan tok my call and was very patient and understanding of the situation. Had a quick response to getting us back on the road.As for priceing, they are as good as you can get. Very reasonable and easy to work with.By the way. This was for a truck and trailer rescue.Higley recommend Redline Wrecker.

Awesome experience thank you for helping get our poor rig to a safe place. The parking area we thought was safe ended up showing us otherwise. All 8 tires from the back were stolen off our rig. Luckily my husband found this wonderful company and Jonathan. Since we were complicated it took a min before he was able to get to us but he constantly communicated with my sister and husband until he was able to save our rig before the thieves returned for other parts.
