While the ladies were friendly, I am not happy with my service. I made a point of coming in 20 minutes early so that I could look over my design choices/look over their colors and talk with my artist. When I walked in two of the techs were doing their own nails and had me just sit. About 20ish minutes later someone came in in to do my nails, even though I had requested Rosie when I scheduled. Kathy is friendly as well, but she ripped apart my cuticles with a drill cutting my cuticle and making me bleed. When it started to hurt, and I pulled my finger back, she pulled it back to her and kept going. My nails were done nothing like what I showed her for the shape. I asked for skinny coffin nails, and I got almond at the bottom and coffin at the tips. I was told my nails would be $60 upon the phone call and then when I got there and finished, they told me $72. With all of these things I’ve decided I will not be back. I feel I was overcharged for what I wanted, even though that’s not exactly what I got.

This review was long overdue but I went there on April 19, 2024 and she was able to squeeze me in before 6pm and I had read previous reviews and recommendations. She did not disappoint. I’ve been getting 2-5 compliments on a daily basis at work, since I work in sales and retail. The retention has been phenomenal and they have been super durable! Fixing to see if I catch her after work today to get a refill and see if we change the color/design. I also came back and got a pedicure and brow wax. I was super impressed with how amazing they looked. I always go to Ulta and get my brows done at the Benefit Bar but since moving back to town, finding a brow and nail tech in one spot is super convenient!! Ask for Rosie. She is so sweet and has 30+ years of experience!
Requested style: I asked for a almond French tip but replacing the white with black. Rosie suggested the silver underlining. I love them so much and my customers at work do too.
Cleanliness: The Salon was super clean and tidy. There were many stations and they have really nice soap in the restroom haha.
Stylist: My nail technician and waxing specialist was Rosie. She was phenomenal.

Rosi has been taking care of my wife and sister and kids with amazing pedicures. Great value and customer service. She's the owner and she will also work for you. It's a family owned business with great prices. My wife loves the ambiance calmed and they will not push you to spend money. Great value and relaxation and amazing prices. We feel very comfortable visiting with her / she makes you feel very special.

I hop around a lot of different places to get my nails done, and this is definitely one of my favorite places and will be returning. Everyone there was so nice, Kathy did an amazing job on my nails, and Rosie did an amazing job on my toenails. Q and Lily are super nice and did an amazing job on my boyfriends nails. Thank you for everything, and I can't wait to be back ❤️

Great customer service! I absolutely love my nails after my mani-pedi! The techs are very personable, but are also very understanding if you don't feel like talking. This is my favorite place to go in Cypress.

If y’all want the eyebrows & lip done ask for Rosie !!!!! First time here, she’s the best. She did an amazing job ! I’m very picky and for it to be my first time , it was a 10/10 experience , best eyebrow lady here in Houston!! Y’all go see her !!!Tipped her $40 . She’s very sweet and when she does the eyebrows she’s very concentrated , GOOD JOB . KEEP IT UP

I love this place!!! I live 45 min away and make that drive. Staff is incredible. Nails last a month or more. Reasonably priced. They care about their work that comes out of their shop. I’m not big on designs so not sure about all of that.
