On October 27, 2025, I paid for childcare for the week and a payment was deducted from my account for this date and for the 28th. Contacted a local Regions and a rep put in a ticket for a refund since I didn’t pay twice. Two weeks went by and still no response or refund to my account. Apparently, the ticket was closed because they think my card was swiped twice. (It was not!) Another ticket was opened, confirmation receipt was emailed along with documents from the daycare directly stating there was only one payment received.
It’s been a month now and I have zero answers and no one is contacting me back. So I’m still being denied a refund! I’m guessing Regions thinks they need my money more than I do! I am at a loss of what to do or who to contact for help now!!! If I could score a 0 I would! This is so wrong and unprofessional!!!!

I have account with regions bank from last 8 years, very good experience every time i come to bank never has long waiting time, all employees are nice and helpful.

Renata Cruz is verbally nice.
Professionally she needs training a lot
She does not have patience and skills required to handle quality business.
We had opened 2 business Accounts ( personal and business both ) and we had to visit 5 visits to properly have things done
She made incomplete names
Basically,
Garbage services
Ignorant people with low quality training
Insufficient knowledge
Zero stars
She has intense bad mouth and dirty behavior
Someone should fire her immediately

I have been with Regions for 13 years. They have really modernized their services and have the most fantastic staff. Their customer service is top notch and you can tell they really care about their members. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Only COVID-19 outranks Regions bank for eroding small business. Whether it's the racket of banking fees or the overly complicated procedures for official business payments this bank is more bureaucratic than the Indonesian government. If you're looking to open a business account region's ain't it.

I just really appreciate the fact that they know me by name. He has sometimes they ask some personal questions about my business, but I guess that's their job. Every time I come here they know my name and that's what I like. Superior customer service
