Only COVID-19 outranks Regions bank for eroding small business. Whether it's the racket of banking fees or the overly complicated procedures for official business payments this bank is more bureaucratic than the Indonesian government. If you're looking to open a business account region's ain't it.

I just really appreciate the fact that they know me by name. He has sometimes they ask some personal questions about my business, but I guess that's their job. Every time I come here they know my name and that's what I like. Superior customer service

Stolen Bank Card.I decided to use one of their drive through ATM the night of 9/9/19. After entering my code, and the amount to withdraw as well as the account where the money was going to be taken from, it advised me there was going to be a fee for the service, which I agreed.I then get a message "your card has been retained and your transaction cancelled" no other reason given.I passed by and spoke to the branch manager Will Davis, who advised me to just pass by my bank (BBVA) request a cancellation of my card and order a new one. This is NOT the way things should work!!!.I demanded to get my card back, as my identity been stolen in the past and don't feel like going through the same process. Mr. Davis told me their ATMs are service by a different company (vendor) which WORRIED me even more, knowing REGION BANK don't even have power over the cards or financial information shared through their OWN ATM machines. WOW.I visited a local BBVA branch to get a new card and the office manager advised me SOMEONE ELSE had already requested a NEW card and a New Pin. This has turned into a CRIME by Religion Bank and/or their affiliates.They urgently cancelled the card NOT requested by me and was advised to reach out to Region Bank and request more info on the Vendor of the ATM- I did that and Mr. Davis (branch manager) was as helpful as the dead tree in my yard. Could not share the phone number of the vendor, again advised me once more to reach out to my Own Bank for additional info on who made the card order and told me I was welcomed to file a police report... really Mr. Davis? a little more responsibility on your behalf will be a professional thing to do as a Branch Manager.Now I have to go out of my way to find out who affiliated with REGIONS BANK was trying to EMPTY MY BANK ACCOUNT... since their own Branch Manager is clueless on how to assist.Save your bank account/money... stay away from this branch and their shady ATM machines.Dr. M.R.
