The worst thing they could’ve done was removed the atm from the inside! One of the 2 drive thru atms outside the screen NEVER works that leaves only one atm. It causes an inconvenience more than often or me having to go to another location smh

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at this Regions Bank branch in Houston, TX, involving the branch manager, Reggie Brad.
I visited the branch simply to deposit a check. During that interaction, Mr. Brad was hostile, rude, and unprofessional without any provocation. He made inappropriate and discriminatory remarks, including commenting that I was “a long way from home” and questioning why there was “no money” in my account. His tone and behavior were disrespectful and completely out of line.
When I calmly addressed how inappropriate his comments were, he escalated the situation by arguing with me, threatening to call the police, claiming he could “do whatever he wants,” and even threatening to close my account—despite there being no legitimate reason.
Over a month later, on January 7, 2026, I discovered my account had been closed without any notice or explanation after contacting customer service because I could not access my funds to pay bills. My account was in good standing with a positive balance, no overdrafts, and no violations. The timing and lack of justification strongly suggest retaliation after I previously complained about his behavior.
After reading other reviews, I noticed a pattern of similar complaints at this location, which is concerning and points to a broader issue with management and customer treatment.
I am a business owner, homeowner, and work multiple jobs, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect or abuse of authority from a financial institution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch to anyone. Customers deserve professionalism, fairness, and respect—none of which were shown here.

Carl and demonte took care of a problem that they could not handle at the corporate regions office this place is amazing will recommend 10 out of 10 times super quick and easy service with a great attitude

Have banked with Regions since 2005. We tried to go beyond basic banking with them and apply for a HELOC. Communication was poor. The underwriter made a careless mistake which cost us the loan. Their suggestion was for us to pay money we did not owe and reapply. It seems like they are taking no responsibility for their error even though they admitted the mistake. We are extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend Regions

I've always had a great experience visiting this branch. Carl helped us today and he was awesome! Great energy, willing to help with anything. And Jenry has always been great to work with as well as the other team members of this branch.

Let me just say this the only reason I use this bank is because my job has an account with them and we are required to take deposits and get change when needed but there is a lady that sit to the left of the front door and she is very rude and disrespectful I have never done anything to this lady but that is no way to treat someone I will definitely be calling cooperate. The rest of the workers are amazing and I have never had any problems with them.

I went to go open an account there, yesterday, and lo and behold. One of the employees is outside, smoking a cigarette. And it wasn’t far from the door. As an asthmatic, 70-year-old I wouldn’t go near it. They failed to realize that that cigarette smoke stays in their clothing as a residual.

This is definitely the worst bank I ever dealt with. They are always to busy to help you and transfer you to customer service instead of helping you and Customer Service don't ever answer their phone. Horrible Horrible

Stopped by to verify some information with Elisabet. She was as very courteous and willing to assist. She told me about other banking products as well. The lady that sat next to her was helpful as well!! Great bank, Great Workers!
