This location often runs out of the products that I need due to it being located in a more busier area. The traffic in this parking lot is insane, so plan to visit during a more tamed hour of the day. Otherwise the staff here are nice and helpful. Love their return policy as they often let you return items that just doesn't work out for ya! But don't abuse the return policy people!

This company and their inventory is trash now. I have come in multiple times looking for something and when they don’t have it their only excuse is COVID messed up the shipment flow. I don’t buy that excuse anymore because there is so many other stores whose shipments are fine. I came in and only ended up buying one item and the cashier looked at me like I was a ghost and kept asking me if I wanted to buy this or that. I don’t know if they are required to harass people to buy more stuff as a part of their job but it was very rude because I don’t see what the problem with buying only one thing is. I don’t mind the 15 cent bag because it’s for a good reason and it’s not a horrible way to cut costs but that’s about it. I was shopping around in the store and it is small so I can hear the loud talk about these credit cards and it’s foolish. When I check out I do not want to be harassed about a credit card or to buy more stuff. I continued to shop here because you can get coupons but I don’t think that is enough anymore. I’ve been going to shop at local beauty supply stores, mom and pop or independently owned ones and it’s so much better! They have so many more products to choose from and it is actually cheaper. I do not get asked all of these questions when I check out which makes it easy and it doesn’t feel like a fake experience where they just want you to sign up for something or want your money. Sally’s has really gone downhill and it is sad to say since I’ve shopped there for so long.

Just when I thought I had heard all the d*** new policies retail stores could come up with to recoup their losses after Covid 19. I went to the Sally Beauty Supply location at 25905 US HWY 290 in Cypress TX on Saturday Aug 21st and spent $33.51 for four items. The price of the items was not the issue I had. The issue I had was when I was told I could have a bag to put my four items in for only 15 cents more. I know what you may be thinking...seriously? It's only 15 cents! The 15 cents amount was not the issue, most of us throw that much away each month in pennies. The issue is, as a consumer, I expect the price of ANY items that consumers have come to EXPECT to be included (such as a bag) in the pricing of a purchase to be accounted for in the price of each product...not as an up sale at the cash register! This is a great example of HOW TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. I will never return to Sally Beauty Supply at ANY location. This type of policy screams...We think our customers are STUPID and they will fall for anything. I don't think so! Sincerely, a FORMER customer.

I had a very good experience with a young gal named Alanna. She was very nice and provided me with a lot of useful information. I really liked her attitude and help. However— her other coworker or maybe manager— wasn’t as nice with me. I also didn’t like that the bag was 15 cents but there’s nothing the store can do about that. That aforementioned coworker, or maybe manager talked if I wasn’t there. Alanna was the only nice one in there. Next time I hope to visit, I hope her coworkers would be nice like she was.

I don't really go shopping in here very often, well more like hardly ever. I might have to change that. My hairdresser recommended some shampoo from here so I stopped in to check it out. The 2 ladies who were working were very helpful. They answered all my questions and made some recommendations as well. I ended up purchasing the shampoo my hairdresser suggested. The nice lady working the cash register said if I'm not happy with it, I can return it. (People return shampoo... really?!?) Service - good Selection-good Return-yes

The girls working here have a bad attitude like all the time ! Also they tried to scam me into paying more for a product that wasn't even the one ordered online. I won't be coming back !

They charge $0.15 for a bag to put stuff in you buy in THEIR store...The least they can do is provide a damn plastic bag. This is embarrassing.

i came in sally’s to buy packs of hair. some other customer walked out, and when she left, the workers started to talk about her. they were also very unprofessional. they do have the things that i need MOST of the time, but sally’s definitely needs some work on finding good employees.

The store manager, Vanessa, was very rude, condescending, lacked common decency and basic customer service skills. I will not return to Sally's Beauty Supply due to the way I was spoken to, mocked and treated by Vanessa. To think that someone like this individual is in management at this place of business is alarming and says a great deal about the company. The company nor management value their customers. I will go elsewhere for my hair care needs and will advise others not to shop Sally's as well.
