Today I visited the store to buy some amika hair products and, as usual, the line was very long. Because of the timing and the holiday season it was expected so I walked around and waited to see if the line went down or to see if there was someone offering mobile checkout. When I saw someone by the door holding one of the phones used to check out, I asked if they were doing mobile checkout. He told me they don’t offer mobile checkout and didn’t offer any explanation. Now, I regularly shop Sephora and come to this one often enough so I know they offer mobile checkout regularly. I went and asked two more associates and was finally given an explanation as to why mobile checkout wasn’t being offered (holiday wait times and to make sure people were waiting their turn fairly). This is understandable but it also costs this store ample amounts of business. This is the fourth time I’ve walked into this store and left because of the line. I’ve also been shopping in the store and seen/heard people leave because they saw the line. The customer service (friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency) seems very dependent on which manager is present and actively on the floor. Mobile checkout is rarely offered without directly asking, but I have never been told it’s not offered. Basically, the customer service and staffing could be improved drastically

Tried to go into the Cypress store for the first time and it was the worst. The smell in the air was as if every fragrance bottle in the store had been broken. It was so strong I couldn't breathe without holding my jacket over my face. Quickly walked the store to see if they had what I was looking for but had to get out of there. You really need better ventilation in such a small store if you're going to have fragrance testers.

After my visit this morning I am no longer a sephora customer. I came in for a shopper and wanted to check out. I assume the person I was dealing with was a trainee. They scanned the code on my phone so it disappeared on my end. They just stared at me and asked the other cashier for help. This is where the issue started l. I don't know who hires people with this kind of snobby no help I am better than you attitude, but it has cost you a customer. All he kept saying to me was, "we needed the code. We need the code." I tried to explain the situation and he kept cutting me off. I said we'll I guess I'm done and can't do anything. He snatched the products up and said, "ok" and walked off all pissy. Never again.

High price is not a lot to choose from in the smaller sizes. No help around either.

Very nice staff. Good variety of products. Their line is very good. One of my favorites is the lip gloss.

My 15 yr old daughter went into this Sephora location looking for a birthday gift for me today. As she and her sister were browsing around, a male employee came up and checked on them. She said they were doing ok and thanked him, calling him sir. Apparently he goes by "ma'am", and proceeds to correct my daughter SEVERAL times, to the point of badgering her! She felt so uncomfortable, they left without purchasing anything. She was mortified, embarrassed, and confused! How dare this person treat a customer that way, let alone, a child who was trying to be courteous. We will never step foot into another Sephora again. Beyond ridiculous!

Made a very last minute appointment to get my makeup done and Paulina was just amazing. She took her time and explained all of the products she was using on me. 10/10 will definitely book with her again

Customer service is okay, but products are good-depending on what you are looking for. Always do your research before you go, because everyone's skin is different. I always make sure to choose my products by season and just because the customer beauty rep says it works for them-doesnt mean it will for me!

First time to visit, I was impressed with the friendly staff. Lauren was very patient and proficient, helping me find what I need and Trying different products. Her recommendation turned out to be great.
I love all the items I got today.
Definitely will visit again.
