Be careful with the guy that works at the front at this location and Mason location, if you. Don't pay attention they will short change you and act like it was an accident when you ask them for a receipt. Two times the guy at the front ha does this to me. ALWAYS ASK FOR A. RECEIPT!

Ran by scammers.. The guy at the desk needs to go back to school and learn math bc I told him put the change on pump 6 and he must’ve tried doing the math in his head because he skimped me a dollar. On top of that I put in my fuel rewards only for it to not apply at the pump (it’s supposed to be 10 cents off per gallon) then I went inside to ask the guy why it didn’t apply and he gave 3 different excuses like oh it doesn’t work, oh i don’t know, oh I just started working here(LIE), but I never heard a SORRY FOR MY INCOMPETENCE just excuses!

Worse TACOS I’ve ever had, I asked for a sausage and they put hotdog peaces in the taco, who in their right mind will eat a HOT DOG TACO ?, place was horrible. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE. Gas station is clean though and the staff is nice.

I came in today to get a couple things and ended up buying a vape as well for a friend, my total came to $42 which is impossible because the vape was $20 and my snacks were def not $22. I ask for the receipt after i already pay and they said “the machine isn’t working” so i wait until the receipt is printed and the worker hands me back $5 with my receipt, i look at the receipt and he added a $5 lottery without me even knowing or asking for one. So many people come through these gas station everyday, idk how many people they have done this too but make yourself aware!

trash service and they try to get your personal information for absolutely no reason. do yourself a favor and go to the one on Mason just down the street and don't get scammed here.

Female restrooms were dirty. The handicap stall was the only usable one as the door to the other stall wouldn’t open because it was blocked by the toilet

I’ve been going for a while now and will always come here when I need gas or snacks. The employees are always nice and always greet you and the prices for snacks and drinks are good. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The people who work here are super nice. I've been going here since 2018 and can only say good things. The people always greet you and ask about your day. The prices for snacks and drinks are good and can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for all the good years.

I have lived in cypress for years and can honestly say this is definitely the best Shell in the area. The workers always have excellent customer service and it is always clean and organized. The products are always freshly stocked and top quality. Never had a bad experience here and I don’t really expect to!

If you stop here to go inside, you are in for a treat. For years my good pal Ishtiaq (Hope I am spelling this right) has been nothing but friendly, helpful and outgoing. Everytime I walk into this store, I am greeted with a friendly welcome and it will always be my favorite store! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE.

They put a “lunch taco” on the breakfast side that is literally just another egg taco so you can’t get the deal price its happened multiple times... I’ve never had a egg, chorizo, & jalapeño or potato taco considered lunch at 7:40am... night clerk is a really nice guy though

The taco place has an employee not wearing a mask. She is sneezing and coughing all over the place and not covering her mouth or washing her hands.The bathroom is absolutely disgusting with blood and feces festering in the trash can.It looks clean but is the most filthy gas station I've been to in a while. Considering that I drive all over the greater Houston area that's saying something.Get vaccinated before you go to this cesspool.
