This is the second time I’ve gone to this store on a Sunday. The store hours are 10-4 per the website and sign on the store window yet they are closed. We called the number on the store window and someone picked up and hung up.

Got a quart of trim and a quart of wall paint. The trim paint did not match the wall paint like we intended. (wasn’t their fault). But they were able to fix it for me with no problem. It matches perfectly now. Thank you very
much.

Want to talk about great customer service and with a smile? Well let me say Hanniah & Diego did just that today. After day long day these 2 got the paint order and Diego even put it in the car. I haven't experienced customer service like this in years. God bless these two for their hard work and excellent customer service ?

This store hands don has the best employeeswho go above and beyond with their customer service skills. Kim waited on me and I can’t rave about her enough. The different kinds of paint were confusing me.I needed trim paint, wall paint, primer, etc and she took the time to explain it all to me, along with helping me pick out paint colors that would achieve the look I wanted in my study. She also has outstanding skills when it comes to thinking outside the box…she mentioned she went to Interior Design School and I could definitely tell!!Diego was also very polite and helpful!I definitely will go back to that location in the future….there is a store closer to my house, but I am willing to go further just to get that kind of service!!

Just left the store and I have to say, Jessica is a true ‘brush’ of fresh air! ? She handled my paint questions with such finesse - patient, knowledgeable, and just ‘flat’ out amazing! Puns always intended! Thank you Jessica!
