My husband and I are painting for the first time and had lots of questions. Austin was so helpful and patient! He helped us pick the best colors, finishes, and did the best he could to get us great quality at a great price. We would definitely come back and ask for Austin!

I’m not happy with this location I went there they didn’t help me because they so lazy they said if you didn’t purchase anything we will not help you hey will lose customers easily because they so rude they didn’t even try to help me to find color I got before at different locations I never go to that location and I don’t recommend anyone else go there purchase they stuff

This used to be a very good place to buy quality paint; however, the current employees are unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed bothered whenever you walk into to the store.

I was at this store twice, first time I didn't have the paint color (my fault), this lady turned me back that I need a little bit of the paint even if I don't have the exact color. I went back the second time(this time with a tiny bit of the color and the color name) and she came up with another excuses that I should go cut a wall of paint in my closet and they can help me- very very ridiculous!!!.
I took the same information I have to another Sherman Williams store in the area and I was helped right away, the first time!
Some people wonder why they keep losing customers!

Never in my life have I had to wait a hour for extra white paint. Honestly one of the worst Sherwin Williams location I’ve been to.

Ebber is awesome. I am not sure that’s how you spell his name, but he rocks. He remembered my name and I don’t even come in that much! Such a great employee. I love this store.

I had questions about a particular type of paint ... if it was the best type for the cabinets I had that had originally been stained, and I wanted to paint over. The sherwin williams employee I talked to was very knowledgeable about the concerns I had, and the different products you have in your store. He recommended a specific primer to apply first to assure better results. I came away very impressed. You guys have great products! The primer just flowed off my brush so smoothly and seemed to migrate into little surface imperfections and level up, much better than say Kilz brand has for me.I always thought your paint was the very expensive option, and had not considered you all, but Golly after my wife and I paid and compared costs your products are not expensive.Plus, I think the time I spent in your store, and getting the paint mixed, was faster, than when I have had home depot mix paint for me. You guys ROCK! I am a customer who will come again for sure

Worse experience ever where we were kept waiting for 30 mins to be attended to. There were two ladies and they never even bothered and ignored us completely. There were no customers at that time as we had gone first thing in the morning. After wasting our 30 mins (where we were already ready with the paint colours we wanted and selected from their website), she comes and asks us what we needed and then demands that we write down the exact color codes on a separate paper as given on their display wall. And just walks away. By then, they attended to those that started coming in and a huge line formed where we had to go all the way behind the line, by the time we selected what we wanted. But decided that we didn’t have that kind of a time to waste anymore. Left the store utterly disappointed. Will never ever come back to this location. Too bad they lost $4000/- worth of business today.

I wish I had gotten the name of the polite & professional young man who helped me because he was AWESOME, A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! Plus, I have had other such experiences at Sherwin-Williams. It may be an odd thing to "say", but shopping at Sherwin-Williams for paint is a pleasure, not a pain!

WOW! I was in the store twice today and was fortunate to work with the same gentleman who knew his color stuff! To be honest, I've had some less than great experiences in this store, but it turns out that all you have to do is actually ask for help, and then you get five-star knowledgeable service and help. I was so impressed with the color knowledge of the staff and the customer service. In the past, I had walked in, browsed colors, and expected someone to be compelled to work with me. That was my mistake. If you just ask, you will not only find the paint color you need but you'll learn so much in the process.
