Store your things anywhere but here- literally anywhere but here. You can hardly get anyone on the phone and they do not follow through with what they say they’re going to do. If you do catch someone on the phone, they are rude. They charged the incorrect card after they were supposed to change the payment method and charged late fees and put a black lock on a unit without any communication and- even though they made the mistake. We have used public storage at other locations before with no problem. The staff here seems to be the issue. We had a death in the family and their info and payment info was on the unit and even after changing it with them, they charged the account of the deceased and are charging us the late fees and lock fees for their mistake. Even under the circumstances they are rude and do not care. Completely insensitive on top of not correcting their own mistake. Happy to speak with management about the issue as well but again, it’s hard to reach anyone.

DO NOT RENT HERE
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This is my first negative review. Public Storage had to earn it!
This has been the WORST customer experience we’ve ever had with any storage company EVER!
Zero accountability: On-site staff have no authority to resolve issues (even though customer service claims they do). The district manager, Mario, hasn’t responded to a single email in over a month. Employees are trained to deny, deflect, and dismiss.
Excessive rent hikes: Our 15x15 unit went from $375 to $590 in less than a year.
Rodent infestation: Rats infested Building 2 and destroyed many of our belongings, including antique furniture. Public Storage stonewalled us, passed us around to different people, and ultimately ignored us.
Insurance scam: Their so-called insurance is useless. Online claims didn’t work, phone lines were endless hold times with no call back, and even if successful, the payout would have been only $150.
We’ve rented storage for nearly 20 years across different locations, and this Public Storage is by far the most disingenuous, neglectful experience we’ve ever had.
Their business model seems designed to exploit customers: raise rents, ignore problems, and dodge responsibility.
As the largest storage company in the U.S., they think they can get away with it—and they do. Don’t let them do it to you.

I needed a unit for my work tools and Tiffany helped me find just the right size for my equipment. I got great customer service and a promotional deal with my monthly rent.
