Not enough seats to try shoes. I don’t understand. This store is mainly for shoes.

I have 2 pair of skecher shoes that I purchased from this outlet and one pair that I purchased online. Two of the pairs of skecher's are of the slip-on type. The foot padding from the slip on purchased from the outlet store began to deteriorate and wore a hole in my left shoe. This resulted in foot discomfort. The foam padding in the sketcher shoes cannot be easily removed. Customer service advised me that I would have to carefully cut away the stitching in order to replace the padding with an OTC foot pad. The slip-in feature works well, but the arch support from the padding is definitely lacking and even though the outer shoe looks okay the shoes are unwearable due to the deterioration of the padding.

I want to thank FATE for everything she has done for me. Two months I've been trying to find the right shoe size, but no one has really helped me, until the day I met her, she was patient with me and very attentive. Because of her I bought my first two pairs of shoes in the United States. Thanks a second time FATE.

Great place to try on, but not to buy. I found a pair I liked and they were charging 100 for it, and I looked on the company website and it was 85. I asked if the price matched, and they said no.

It's an outlet store tins of shoppers a few employees. Wish they had better organization for shoes but with the number of people in the store and the too few employees it's going to be a little disorganized.

I bought shoes and paid with my reward and credit card and I had to return 2pair shoes.
But I got only credit card amount back not reward amount.
They said ,that’s their company policy.
If I want my reward amount back ,call customer service.
So I called,left my information like they asked on the message,But they never called back.
I LOST my reward $25 because I returned.
That’s not fair. Why do you make a reward system!!!
Year later AGAIN, I shopped more with my new reward amount and credit card,and had to CHANGE the SIZE 2hour after payment.
They asked that I pay more as they could not credit rewards.
REALLY???? They should advertise a penalty for wanting to exchange or return.

For an outlet store, I thought it was quite expensive. When I see a basketball show for an infant costing more than mine costed, I couldn't purchase anything. They are playing on parents' emotions. The show was for a newborn and it was $44.50. Makes absolutely no sense.

Terrible service, the cashier and the salesman were under pressure to close and treated me very poorly, I had to leave the store and could not buy anything.

11/27 and you closed the doors on costumers.. a young guy employee said “manager closed the doors” when I told him was 7:50pm…
He was rude as well… if you don’t like to stay open till 8pm as online says, then you should change your job!!!!
People drives miles and miles to come to outlets… very disrespectful and I would never put my money here again!!!!

This place is huge! There are always a lot of employees available to help me. Oscar specifically helped me find the exact shoes I needed and he is a hella cool dude.
