Took my sister’s car to this shop. Just needed them to check the oil leak, ended up leaving the car there for an hour due to have a quick emergency to attend to. Came back for them to tell me all these issues of the car. They messed up my oil pan and didn’t put it in correctly. Then they told me that my radiator is leaking (which was fine when I dropped it off) and wanted almost $3,000 for labor and parts. They also took off the engine cover and never put it on. I do not recommend leaving your car there or going there in the first place.

I had an amazing experience working with David and Enrique. My front light went out and it only cost $30 and was completed in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend going!

I would never send Anyone at this point to this place, Especially a woman. I went to them because my Coolant tank was leaking and they told me that my Radiator was leaking and charged me 1,100.00. The next day it was still leaking even worst and then the shield underneath my car Dropped bc they didn’t Put it back on properly) on the freeway causing me to have to pull over, Turn back around and drive Home 5 miles from my Destination. Never Making it to Church. When I took it bck the next day, They said it was the coolant tank, And still wanna charge me AGAIN. Then took off the Shield, never even trying to make it Right or Fix what They Did. 1100 is Not Change and I am utterly Disgusted with this Shop

This is the most honest and fair prices anywhere. They have taken a screw on my tire off for free, they offered to put my engine guard that came off back for free!! Mechanics are supposed to be scammers, Honda wanted $330! with the part and labor. After realizing it was really damaged they just charge me for the part and the screws $140!!!! These guys are the best seriously, please go check them out!!

I highly recommend this auto repair shop if you are in Cypress. This was my first time doing business with them and they exceeded my expectations! Great customer service, quick turnaround and reasonable prices (estimate given in detail before work got started). They are family owned so they care about earning and keeping your business unlike the national or regional auto repair shops in the area. Will definitely come back next time I need their service!
