I’ve been going to Sky Nails Spa for the past year, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone from reception, to nail techs, to management is professional and kind. The salon is always clean and well organized. Rachel does my nails, and they’re always perfect. She is so talented!! Every time she does my nails, I look down at them and smile for weeks. Go see her!

Andy and Rachel are the best!!!I came here for the first time with a friend and I’m so happy I did.I love the atmosphere and theway I was treated.I got the cat eye shellac nails and they are to die to for!!!Thank you Rachel definitely coming back.

i've come here several times already and they've been average, not the absolute best. however, i was excited to invite a friend to come with me since our birthdays are this weekend and she ended up receiving really bad customer service. she asked for a "pearl white" and was given a sheer coat with shimmer on it. we thought it was pretty but not exactly what she wanted so we asked if there was a solution we could come up with so she could leave satisfy with what she would be paying for such finding a different color closer to a "pearl" color. when we spoke up about it, we got horrible reactions. we were being laughed at by the employees, made to feel as we didn't know what we were talking about, and the lady she was speaking with walked away laughing while my friend was talking directly to her mid-sentence. it was very unprofessional. we do not think anyone truly made a mistake but the professionalism is not there and why do they make us feel so belittled for speaking up? please do better. thankfully, i was there to support my friend through this terrible and very disappointing experience. lastly, this goes for anyone - do not be afraid to speak up if you do not like the service you're paying for - whether it's minor or major. they should at least try to resolve the issue for you. that's all.
