Loved the experience and the knowledge of Marlon, he went above and beyond, made it enjoyable and we learned alot we also enjoyed our chat. Can't wait to sleep in our new bed soon ready for my back to stop hurting like it did in the store. I highly recommend the cypress store for your next bed.

Don't like sitting in a store for 10 minutes without being greeted or attended to. sale person need training on customer service. You should never leave customer waiting

Went in to look and the sales person Amandeep Binning and Josie were great. Amandeep answered all questions and was not overbearing we didn't buy right away but, went back the same day and purchased our new bed. Awesome job to all these employees!
