The new Assistant Manager, Emily, made our shopping experience amazing! My sister had an idea of what she wanted, but it wasn’t in the store. Emily suggested a great alternative and took the time to find her size, without neglecting the customers in the front of the store. You don’t experience customer service on this level anymore. She rung us up and even suggested shoe refresher when she heard me make an offhand comment about smell. The store itself was clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Even the other employee there was helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Emily!

Had exactly what I wa ted, put the shoes aside with my name on it and geld them til I was able to get there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I rushed even when the store is slammed. Great parking and easy and quick in and out.

I had an awesome experience here on 12/28/23. This was my first time shopping here. Chris and Gisselle. Chris was very professional and is a great store leader. This is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you Chris and Gisselle for meeting my Sperry needs. I highly recommend this store. I also came back here on 12/31/23 to order a shoe. Amy was very helpful. She answered the phone before the store opened. Amy also located a shoe that I was interested in and he’d it shipped to my residence. Thank you Amy for exceeding the customers expectations.

The employee as the cashier is extremely lazy. Went in to return shoes from online and she told me she can't return the shoes because the internet is down. When I watched someone pay with a credit card just before me and after me so she is obviously lied to me.

I have the water shoes. They lasted about two years and the soles fell off on a hike. I do not recommend.

Highly recommend this SPERRY store located at the Houston Premium Outlets. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and oh super patient. They made sure that we were all happy with all the shoes we purchased. Staff were all super attentive and you cab tell they are not just there to make a sale. They truly want your beat interest to ensure your happy with your shoe purchase. The experience was awesome!!! Thank You

Very bad service I bought a pair of sperrys at Christmas time and the soul became unglued and I came back to them and they told me that it was only a 30 day warranty exchange on my items so if you plan on buying some shoes expect them to only last 30 days
