BEWARE-STAY AWAY! I got a haircut at SportClips (Fry Location) and asked ALI (hairstylist) for a mid to high fade. After ALI finished with the fade I noticed the fade was lower than usual and I politely asked ALI if she could raise the fade a little higher…ALI suddenly gets triggered & starts arguing with me, keep in mind it’s a quick 2-3 minute fix! The entire 2-3 minutes ALI is arguing with me, acting in a very unprofessional manner cutting my hair aggressively, rolling her eyes and at the end, yanks off the cape. At the register, ALI doesn’t even acknowledge me, not even a simple thank you! ALI simply says “NEXT” in a rude manner! I have NEVER been treated like this at any barber shop in my 43 years. ALI is disrespectful, ALI is rude and ALI is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL stylist I have ever encountered. ALI was reported to Sport Clips Corporate.Service: Haircut

Good overall, if you get first before open make sure you line up outside people won’t respect if you are waiting in the car.

Maria is terrible. Do not go here unless you enjoy waiting and being treated terribly. You will wait for 30 minutes and be next, then they will take somebody who just walks in ahead of you. Will also cancel your appointment just to legitimize it. Not all, but some are Extremely rude and do not care about how long you wait. The final straw, I waited 32 minutes and was next, then they all went to lunch together. I would have had to waited another hour. No thanks. Not all SpirtsClips like this one but, this one is terrible.Service: Haircut

Booking app is a mess. Got a 15 min alert, then immediately followed by a batter up alert. Walk in 6 mins later and have a 30 min wait. I'm done with Sports Clips.

I used online check in. After being alerted, I arrived and my wait time was 20 minutes. I waited and watched as my stylist Maria B finished a cut. The board showed me up next. But instead of me she grabbed a guy just walking in. My wait time went to 24 minutes. I alerted the greeter, who alerted Maria. The new guy had just sat down, but her answer was to tell me I would need to wait????? Wrong answer. Just tell him you grabbed the wrong guy. But they aren’t smart enough for that. Pitiful. Rude. Ridiculous. Never again.

Checked in online at 2:36pm. The stylist I picked had a 38 min wait. Received a text to arrive by 2:59. Arrived at 3:08pm, saying stylist would be ready in 15 min. Went inside to check in-in person. Was told the same thing. Looked at the online que and saw the stylist I picked was no longer there, instead listed “first available.” Asked the receptionist if they would be texting me to let me know to come I, she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t know the answer to that question. So I pointed to my car- literally the only one parked right outside the front door and said she could just come get me too. That would be fine. She seemed more agreeable to that. Left to sit in my car. At 3:25, sent my husband and son in after we witnessed 2 people walk out. All chairs were full when I first checked in. 1 man in front of us, but also 1 person in front of us on the online que (makes sense.) I see my husband and son sit down after talking to the receptionist. The one person goes back to receive their cut. No one else waiting. 3:32pm no one has spoken to my husband or son since they walked in at 3:25pm. We left. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and lack of professionalism. Online check-in is a joke. When they walked out there were 3 empty chairs and no stylists or receptionists to be found. Wasted almost an hour with these people. No respect for people’s time or ability to communicate with the public.

Totally didn't respect the fact that I used online check-in, I had a limited lunch time, and they didn't even care, the woman next to me loudly claimed her husband wasn't next because other people checked in online. That's not my fault, I shouldn't be penalized for someone else not following the procotols, and the hairdressers shouldn't conspire to skip me, to appease that person. You made me waste my time, gas, and lunch time to try and get a haircut in a timely manner. Since you don't respect my time, i will no longer support your business.
