We have purchased business insurance through this agency and worked extensively with Tom and Kristi and been very impressed with their pricing and professionalism. So much so that I also moved my personal insurance from a different company to State Farm and Tom & Kristi.
If you are in the market for insurance, I would recommend you get a quote from this team. They made the process understandable and were able to provide quick answers to all my questions. After purchasing the policies they have been quick to respond to any issues or questions, so post-sales support has been great. Many agents are great to work with until they have you signed up for a policy -then you can't get ahold of them. I'm happy to report that thus far this has not been an issue with Tom & Kristi Sebera.
