Stephanie was terrific through the entire process. She was knowledgable, thorough, and strategic in helping us choose the right mortgage product for our home purchase. Stephanie was great to work with. We recently moved to Texas and looking to buy a home. As you know, rates were all high and all over the place. I kid you not, I was deep in the process with another lender which I had already went through underwriting. The same process that took me 3 weeks(still needed more docs) took less than a week with Stephanie and her team. My closing date was less than 2 weeks away during the HOLIDAYS! she came in picked up the pieces to what the other lender left behind(a mess) beat there rate by 1.25% point and closed in due time. To say she delivered would be an understatement. My wife and I are beyond grateful! Look no further if you are looking for a no fluff, painless buying experience.

BEST RATES & BEST SERVICE!!! I can't say enough great things about Stephanie that would do her justice. The level of service provided by Stephanie felt like I had a personal butler and concierge throughout the process of buying and closing on my home. I'm not the easiest person to work with and she made me feel like I was the easiest person to work with. I know many lenders and even spoke with 2 other lenders that helped me on previous properties before going with Stephanie. One of them I've known since elementary school said, "Go with her. I can't get you a better deal." The other I've known since college and used to buy my last house said "I can't beat their rates but I'd still like to have you as a repeat client." Even my girlfriend, who is in the industry said the rates and terms were the best she's seen at the time of the market. If you like having the best of the best and live a life of having the best things in life, then working with Stephanie will set a new level of expectations for living your best life. If want to have the best things in life when buying your home, there is only one choice and that is Stephanie Drewry.

In a challenging housing market, it's vital to have the right agent and lender on your side. We are so thankful Stephanie was there to help us through the lending process. She answered every question I had in a way my wife and i were able to understand. She even educated us on various VA loan programs and what to look out for and the greater impact these details will have on the loan. Ultimately, Stephanie could not be beat. She was able to get us a very competitive rate even in a market this difficult. I will definitely recommend Stephanie Drewry for any family and friend going through the home buying process.

Best lender in the game. I usually don’t ever leave reviews but here is a short story- Stephanie was referred to us by a mutual friend. We were originally with another lender and we thought that we had a great deal. We had our friend (commercial lender) look over the numbers and he said ‘woah this guy is ripping you off’. It turns out that there are predatory lenders for first time home buyers. Our friend tells us ‘hey I have a lender and she’s legit’ and boy was he right. Not only did Stephanie get us a lower rate, but she saved us about 10k in closing costs because she wasn’t having us buy down a rate that we already qualified for. There are people who simply do there job and that is all. I can say with 100% confidence that Stephanie is not like that. Not only is she a top tier lender, but she goes above and beyond the call of duty. You can easily tell when people are highly motivated and they go the extra mile no matter what - she is one of those people. We were probably her most annoying / needy clients that she has had to date, but she always kept a level head and ‘held our hand’ through the process. I can’t stress enough how great our experience was with this company and with Stephanie. It is a shame that you can only leave 5 stars because she deserves 10. If you want a top tier lender then quit playing and make thiscompany / Stephanie your final stop.

My husband and I chose Stephanie Drewry over other mortgage lenders because of her willingness to work with us. She offered competitive rates to our satisfaction. She was very professional and has an open door policy to speak with her. We had several questions throughout the loan process and she was able to address them, regardless of the time of day. She was always communicative for every update so that there’s no gaps during the loan process and also ensured things will go smoothly at time of the closing.
