StressFree managed two properties for us when we moved out of state. They were not well managed and overall experience was terrible. Communication with the “property manager” was spotty at best and we often had to contact Rick the owner to get a response at all. We had to go through an eviction at one of our properties and received massively inflated quotes from Rick and his company for every service. E.g. +$1000 for movers to empty the house when we hired a crew from U-Haul online for a third of that. We were being over charged for everything, lawns service that was never done, etc. We were told they had checked on the house after the people left and it was obvious no once had bother to actually look as when we emptied the house there was no water and the house was trashed. They never once indicated the state of the house even after we asked for an update. We terminated our contract with Rick as soon as we could. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

We moved here from a high-rise where a simple grocery run felt like a mini workout: 40 steps to the elevator, down from the 6th floor, then about 100 steps across the garage—me pretending to be The Rock with 30 grocery bags so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip. 😅
At our new place with StressFree Property Solutions, life feels… well, we are calling it Optimized Living. Our truck is about 15 steps from the door. The apartment layout makes daily routines simple. The pace is calm and genuinely neighborly—reminds us of the community vibe we felt during our time overseas in Vietnam earlier this year. As busy professionals running multiple businesses—and as DINKs (Dual Income, No Kids)—this setup fits our lifestyle perfectly.
What turned a good apartment into a great experience has been the people. Charles and Tomas have been personable, responsive, and consistent from day one. They check in like real humans, not scripts. Small things get handled quickly; big things are explained clearly. That kind of steady communication builds trust, and we appreciate it.

I was recently accepted into a rental and the lease review process was a breeze and communication was quick and steller, especially in comparison to some other management places out there. I don't know how it is yet I'm the home but I'm excited, will be giving out a review and 3 or 6 months. It seems like for once I'll have responsive, respectable and reasonable team managing the place I call home! Thank you Charles, I look forward to move in and any interactions we may have.

Kanda was great and had Miguel include fixing the frame on the front door while he was doing other repairs in my place. Miguel did an amazing job! I can open and shut the front door so easily now, no more practically kicking in the door to get in! lol Thank you for letting him repair it asap!! ☺️
