Never order from here on Uber Eats , they messed up my order not once .. but twice and I tried to call and ask them why they replaced my items with something i didn’t want and failed to get a response, long story short .. don’t order from this location ever.. ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON DOORDASH. Their DoorDash system is always “down” even though the app says the order was received and in progress. The worker doesn’t even attempt to help look into the issue or fulfill your order. This location’s phone number on DoorDash is also wrong…

They have 0 customer service skills. I went there tonight @ 11:20 PM. I was picking up MY order that I ordered through Ubereats. The cashier was so busy ignoring me that she didn’t hear me say “I am picking up my order.” Or, she was so busy playing on her phone that she didn’t care that I clearly said, “I am picking up MY order.” She goes to the back of the store for like 8 minutes, comes back and start helping the Hispanic customers who came in AFTER me, while I am standing right there in line waiting for my order. The Hispanic young man had to tell her that I was next. She then tells me the store doesn’t have what “the person” ordered, so she had to change them out. She had items in the bag that I would never order. I had to tell her again that it was my order and I could have just picked something else. So she started back waiting on the Hispanic people again and told me to cancel my order, because she refused to serve me. I will definitely be calling corporate in the morning and I have complained to Ubereats.
If she wasn’t being so rude and dismissive of me, I could have just went to the back and got something else. It was MY order. How does she come back with items I didn’t ask for, saying she is just going to change the items out?
(So, if I were a poor delivery driver, I would have delivered an order that wasn’t correct and got a bad rating. She didn’t even ask me to contact the customer and get replacement orders. She just picked different items and placed them inside the bag.)

Why is this place closed at night??? Came In around 2am and the doors are locked 🔒 isn't this a 24 hours store??? All the business is just gonna go to circle k across the street

I came in at 2 am and it was locked. I saw some lady in working at 2/4/25 at 2:02 am, i knocked 4 times but she never looked at the door and ignored!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Every single time that I have stopped here the person at the counter is ALWAYS rude, says they can’t do whatever it is I’m asking (cash lotto tickets, upload money to cashapp, split payment between cash and a card to pay for something, etc) that ONLY the manager or owner can do what I am requesting.
Which to me means that none of the employees there are trained correctly when hired or they just don’t care about getting more revenue brought into their store.
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT CARE WHATSOEVER!!!

Corporate needs to look into why the online orders never work at this location. Either the employees are lazy and are lying or the manager needs to be replaced.
