If you look at my profile you’ll see that I only write 5 star reviews and try not to write negative reviews. However, my experience at the Outlet Store Swarovski location was sub-par and frankly mildly frustrating.
To start the lady that was helping us (middle aged lady with shorter hair didn’t get her name) was not quick to help and seemed annoyed. I exchanged a previous gift for some earrings for a friend. She did not give me a new bag (old one was beat up) and she didn’t even bother to wrap the bow around the actual gift. Absolutely zero care for what she knew was going to be a gift.
Secondly, I was at the mall returning an expensive pair of pants at a different store. I left the receipt at the counter on accident and only realized when I already left. Upon going back not 5 minutes later she claimed that it was not there when I remember precisely where I left it. Again she was almost giving me an attitude when I cordially asked if she had seen my receipt.
Overall my experience here was not great at all. I don’t want to generalize the employees but this lady in particular was horrible to interact with. God forbid you come in not dressed the part. You’ll be treated poorly. Save the headache and go to the Memorial mall location. They’re great there!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We bought a pair of earrings for $200, as a gift, and when we went back to return them, management claimed they could only exchange them. We told them there was nothing else at the store that we wanted, since they were a gift that we didn’t need anymore. As someone who has worked in retail forever, there is no reason the management couldn’t have made an exception for a return considering there was no reason for us to do an exchange. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not return!!! They don’t care about their customers, just their commission for their tacky jewelry (that tarnishes btw!)!!

I was helped by two amazing ladies last week Hannah & Hilda. Hilda help me pick out 2 new beautiful rings. They both displayed wonderful customer service and are truly down to earth. I never got the sense that I was bothering Hilda and she was willing to above and beyond for any product I wanted. BEST Swarovski in Houston ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mario was rude and acted like he didn't want to help me. I explained what I needed, and Mario said we don't have that here. Luckily, a nice employee asked if she could help. Mario walked off in a huff like she had stolen the sale. I thanked for they time. Ask their names. Wish I didn't have to write this. Hopefully, Mario will have a better day in the future.

Came here for some specific earrings I had seen online. The site stated there were a few in stock at this location and wanted to check them out before buying. When my fiancé and I entered, the staff looked up and ignored us. No greeting or help. We looked around for a while and could not find what we were looking for. In the meantime, other customers had walked in and were greeted and helped by 2 ladies on the floor. I finally went up to the front register to specifically ask about the earrings and the lady saw me and proceeded to not help me, continuing on the computer. Ok, cool, maybe she was in the middle of something… but no acknowledgment or help. I finally spoke up and asked if her or someone else would be able to help me find what I saw online or if those weren’t available, anything similar to that. She proceeded to tell me she needed the item number and couldn’t base it off of the name and picture I had screenshotted. At this point, one of the other ladies stepped in and said she would help look for it. After about a minute of looking at the front, the initial lady who was helping said they probably don’t have it and moved on to helping someone else. Very disappointed in the service…

Lorsque on entre dans une bijouterie on regarde les vitrines et on fait son choix, là c'est juste insupportable, une femme vous suit pas à pas et n'arrête pas de poser des questions sur vos envies et le prix que vous souhaitez mettre dans un achat. Après 10 minutes nous sommes partis. Cette impression d'être fliqués est extrêmement désagréable.
