They never are able to help me with any issues. Always regret coming here first sometimes their network is down sometimes they don’t have anything in stock sometimes their internet is not working and all they do is just re direct me to another T-Mobile.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIFIC TMOBILE!!!These people will lie to you about the “promotions” that they have going on just to get a sale in. I went in on 12/09 to check out any sales given I’ve paid off my phone and have had an account with TMobile for about 10 years, when I go in a guy called “Marcos” selling me a $150 plan with a promotion that gave a “$1000 credit” on a new phone, my trade, an IPhone 12 Pro Max to a 15 Pro Max. At the beginning of the sale he also didn’t tell me I had to pay the taxes and “activation” on the new phone, manager was called in and she said “we should be able to wave fee since it’s not an activation it’s a promotion” then once check out came around the guy said it couldn’t get removed because there wasn’t an option on the tablet for it to “get removed”, then I was advised to call 611 and they should be able to credit it to account. Called 611 once I left store and they let me know that I had been put on the incorrect account type and such promotion didn’t actually exist and I had to be put on a more expensive plan to be able to get a $1000 credit, at this point I am driving back to the store to clear things up.When I do get there I was no longer helped like a potencial sale customer, but instead was treated very disrespectfully infront of my son, all because I wanted to clear things up with MY ACCOUNT and understand what exactly they sold me. Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING, definitely should NOT have a managerial role. Instead of making sure the kids she’s hiring know what they’re selling and not lying to people she was saying I was lying and called COPS on me to get escorted out, when officer came I told him what happened and even he told me something was wrong due to the managers demeanor when he was talking to her and she immediately went to the back to call someone when asked for a regional manager over her and NEVER GAVE A NUMBER. Again, TAKE YOUR T-MOBILE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE because this subcontractor WILL LIE TO YOU. I am still dealing with these account changes to try and get the old plan I had and return my phone, they knew what they were doing and lied from beginning.

Dear t-mobile, i bought iPhone in 12.04.2023, but They told me it would be delivered on December 13th. The phone has not yet been delivered. The employees at this branch do not care about customers.

Had terrible experience. Made us wait more than 4 hours with inappropriate service. Total chaos. I would never go back again to this store.

I feel bad for the store that the doesn’t get much for traffic or advertisement. They are Trying there best with the scraps they have. And I always see the same two amazing guys helping me and it seems like they’re the only staff members that have initiative and ethics y’all need to hire other great workers like them . And I see people putting one stars for the dumbest reasons . All the issues T-Mobile is having in this location is not due to the workers but T-Mobile itself. My experience at this T-Mobile has been nothing but great, any grievances I’ve had if any have been with T-Mobile them selves not because of the sales personnel. This spot is a gem for those who are tired of long lines and forceful sales pitches. I would give this store a shot if you live in the tuckerton area!

Very helpful, caring and kind. Lots of patients Mr Frank Miranda had with me and my father , when I was having difficult issues with changing my wireless company and explaining things for me and my father to understand . And he was very knowledgeable. He knows what he’s doing. You could really tell that this category/environment of expertise of technology. And Mr Jordan was very kind as well .

Mint Mobile was bought by Tmobile. Here is my current experience:I convinced my 82 year old mom to switch to them and she hasn't been able to use her phone as anything other than a paper weight since.Mint sells first and ask questions later. Their on-line software to check your coverage area and device compatibility is a sham.Mint says the phone is locked, it is NOT!They do not care about your time or your safety. They will tell you to go to your old carrier and the old carrier will tell you are no longer with us and your phone is UNLOCKED.

Sunday 5/14 around 2 pm I went to this store to do upgrade for my daughter cell phoneThere is two girls work there and they are very rude. They are not helpful. They have zero customer service and I left without any service from them. I went to another store and they are very good service and they did three phone upgraded was very good deal so don’t go to that store because they are not helpful with the zero customer service

The person running the store wouldn't accept my trade in because "they're a third party retail store and only corporate stores can take trade-ins". That's certainly not what T-Mobile says. I have to assume they just didn't want to bother.

Carla is so rude and unprofessional. On April 18,2023 went to to T-Mobile on Tuckerton to get my free T-Mobile Tuesday items. I have two phones and tried to redeem for two free T-Mobile Tuesday items. They wouldn't let me. One phone is my personal account and one is for work. Carla told me to bring a friend or someone else to get the the other free item. I don't have time for that and never had problems before. Management needs to look at this problem when you have two accounts. I wasn't trying to be selfish, but if I have to legit accounts that I pay for why can't I can't my free items. It's not right. I'm a paying T-Mobile customer. They need to work with the customers in this situation. Worst location and will never be coming back. Also, Thuy is rude too.

Showed up during business hours to door locked and a closed store. It is 4:45pm on a Saturday and store does not close to 8pm.

Been in line now for 45min. Only 2 ppl working. Store manager needs to hire more staff for a Sunday in my opinion. The 2 young ladies working are doing well just busy and location is understaffed. Store off of 290 has like 6 ppl working all the time. Prob can get faster service there.Update: Just ended up leaving. Management either needs to train staff to be more efficient or hire another person. Waste of time for a Sunday.
