Today was our second interaction with Keion and it was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about both Samsung and Iphones and was very honest with us throughout the whole process. She was also very patient and explained to us what we would see on our upcoming bills. I strongly recommend this location for your phone service needs.

I’m convinced that no one at this company is trained properly. From the workers in the store to the customer support. I would not waist my time with this headache they call a company. My partner and I bought new phones, I got the new iPhone and he got the new galaxy. When we purchased the phones we were told we would get them both under a promotion yet when our bill came the promotion was not there. They also told me as long as I traded in my old phone I should get my new phone free. That also did not happen and when we called to resolve the issue they told me that the promotion had expired by the time our bill was updated. So after several calls going back and forth with several customer service reps we finally found one that tried to help the inconvenient situation that tmoble had put us in, then told us it’s nothing they can do about it. But when the woman tried to help all they did was give us a discount of $47 on our next bill. I’m still currently paying $12 a month for my iPhone that I was told would be free once my old phone was traded in and the galaxy still does not have the promotion they promised in the store. Throughout this experience that is still currently ongoing and started in August of 2023. I’ve called several times speaking with several customer support members who I’ve asked multiple times to add me as a authorized user so that I could handle the situation when my partner was not available. I’m not joking when I say at least 3 reps told my partner that they successfully add me and each time ended up being not true. It wasn’t until today middle of December when I was finally successfully added. The reps didn’t even put notes in the system saying they’ve attempted to add me. When I called customer service for the 100x and asked to speak to a manger to complain he (Birmingham branch) simply told me it’s nothing he could do about the consistent lack underdeveloped staffing, the amount of time waisted dealing with the same issues and when I asked to speak with someone over him, he told me there isn’t anyone over him that I could speak to. In the end the reality of the situation we’ve been lied to on 95% of the phone calls and interactions we’ve had and we’ve had to speak with customer support at least once a month to fix our bill because it is always incorrect. The galaxy still doesn’t have the promotion they promised before purchase so still paying full price for that. I’m still paying partial payment for my iPhone which they said would be free. At this point I’m convinced that this is all a scam and no one at this company knows what they’re doing until finally the Birmingham branch manager told us to kick rocks. Trust me on this I wouldn’t trust T-Mobile to handle my dirty socks let alone a phone bill. I appreciate the attempts they made to resolve the issues but they are far from what we were originally promised and to be frank I don’t appreciate being promised something you cannot deliver. So I advise whoever reads this to save your money and your time LITERALLY because customer service is careless and don’t give a flying pig about fixing your problems or resolving your issues. They’ll just listen and then hang up and take the next call.

April and Keion are amazing associates who gave us exceptional service. They kept us informed and interactive the entire two hours we were in store. Going as far as removing services from our bill that we didn't use or even qualify for! As well as fixing a phone that an employee from a different T-mobile store broke and refused to fix it. These associates work together and use every tool available to help their customers. Thank y'all so much!

Everyone seems knowledgeable until you get your bill and it’s more than what they quoted and they’re like “sorry the person you talked to is new…” or “sorry you have to upgrade your plan to get what we told you you could get last time without upgrading”— this has happened twiceAfter reading the other reviews I realize I am not alone with this dishonest experience….

You all be careful with the internet free trial, they ended up charging me the service when I canceled diuring the 15 day period trial.I suspect they still charged me because they sent me the paperwork to return the device after the 15 days and when I tried to return it at this location they stated they can't do it.Plus I have to say the customer service is one of the worst I ever had, the ladie there acted like she just wanted me to leave insted of trying to help.

Unprofessional and very uninterested. Allegedly the operations managers are on their retreats they need to get back asap. My experience was terrible and looking at the rest of the reviews I think I just went through the same thing . Another t mobile employee from another location told me not to come here . Definitely will be making the extra drive .
