AVOID T-MOBILEYou will NOT have ANY service during power outages / failures, they are too cheap to provide backup power for their service.Also, if you live in or near Katy or Cypress. The service is extremely unstable, they always say it's your phone, but 4 diff phones from Android to iPhone and all the same, junk service.

I rushed in Tues night in need of a new work phone for my business and Jerry was absolutely NO help....and treated my wife and I as if we had NOT been 17 yr customers of.t mobile.....poor poor service...woke up next day and went to another location and received 5 star service!

After dealing with manager Cynthia at this location I genuinely felt as though I may be in Danger! She was super aggressive and extremely unprofessional. I left without getting my issue resolved because I was so uncomfortable. Her demeanor is super aggressive.

Pros: I was able to assisted in a timely manner by Leyda and her manager Darius! Overall Great customer service! Explain the current promotions and plans very well due to I was a recent Sprint customer although I've been with for several years I'll miss them. Leyda help out with letting me know of merge actually went into effect already so I appreciate that and her time! Definitely would return to this location if I need any additional assistance in future. Cons: store managers should look into getting more seating for customers won't have to stand.

Went last week to buy a phone case and overherd associates arguing with a customer. Left the store. Where is the manager? Why aren't they bothering to hold their employees accountable? No one wants to give their money to people who are rude. I got my case atanother tmobile. Maybe it's because it's not corporate owned, their standards are low

Horrible customer service. No one acknowledged any customers coming in. They ignore you, left to another store. They collect a paycheck but ignore the people who are paying customers who pay that paycheck

Just upgraded my family phones, internet, and plans and the staff that helped us was amazing she guided us through the process without being pushy or making us feel like we were being pressured. She was so friendly and sweet and talked with us during the whole waiting process I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. Can’t forget about the manager such an amazing guy

Horrible service, a short Hispanic girl assisted me with, was very condensending. I asked a couple a questions regarding a phone I was looking for kept being very short and smart for the purpose of the phone. Left and purchase phone at another tmobile store.
