Missing food. Tacos were about 90% empty. When I called up there the person who answered told me "to pull around ." After explaining I wasn't in the area he hung up. I called back and he answered and hung up. Eat at the gas station nearby, they're more reliable.

5 stars for the service we received tonight late in the drive thru. We came home from the rodeo cook off and the hubs and his friend were hungry. We stopped here and the woman running the drive thru was kind, patient, and very friendly. The food was hot and it was so nice to have e a friendly employee help us out late at night. I wish there were more people like her out there!

I'm not sure why everyone hates on this place so much. You knew it was Taco Bell when you drove in. Food isn't great, but it's cheap and gets you full. If you wanted real Mexican food, that's on you for thinking this was an option. But, the people there are nice enough if you're nice first, and sometimes I do get sour cream when I said "none please", or they might mess up an order, but cut them some slack, it's literally Taco Bell, and you rolled the dice when you drove up anyway. ?

Ordered 4 chalupas. The shells tasted like rubber. Those must be leftover shells that were double fried. Yuck! Also ordered 3 burrito supremes. The size was half what it should be. Mostly just wrapper. Terrible food. Terrible value. Got charged a lot for disappointment. Won't come here again. Short sighted business practices.....

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend always order the $5.99 box combos on the app. We order no sour cream on our food and usually get freezes. I have given this location too many chances and everytime they f it up. There is always either sour cream on our food when we make sure to put no sour cream, one or more flavors of the freeze is out, they forget the fork for our fiesta potatoes, they give us the wrong sauce and either give us 2-5 sauces for 2 box combos when we ask for 10+ or don’t care to look what kind of sauce you want and put a couple of each in there which proves they don’t care about order consistency. Do better Taco Bell. Smh.

Hey Taco Bell on Telge. Do you think you can wrap the food when you put it in the bag? We went through the drive through just now and when we got home we discovered that our food wasn’t even wrapped and it was all on the bottom of the bag.

This location is consistently making mistakes. This time around myself and another customer were told our online orders we already paid for were not on their computer so they refused to make our food. Even when we showed our confirmations and receipts.....wanted us to cancel out orders and reorder them. Made no effort to address their own computer issues.

I just went to the taco bell on Telge at 8:15 pm. I was told in the drive through that they are not taking orders because they are understaffed. 2 months ago, I went at approximately the same time and was informed that they could not make food because they were out of meat??? Whoever owns this pathetic franchise needs to spend time inspecting why this business is so bad. I can help you with a major portion.....terrible, lazy staff. The owner needs to get engaged and inspect what is wrong in this location. This location is doomed to fail.

This was my 2nd. & last visit here.Burritos were literally Soup Burritos!*Light bean content because the bean soup will leak out.Tortilla could not sustain bean content!Flat floppy burrito is hilarious.*Owners must be out of the country..Horrible Customer Service, only few guests, explains loss of business.Nonchalant, employees blatant stare into oblivion. This place is a joke!Zombies congregate on this Sunny day ?✌️
