I've never seen a Target like this one. I've been in many Targets over the years. The bathrooms are always filthy or out of order at this location. I went in the other night to use the bathroom. There were only 5 stalls. 2 we're out of order, one was occupied and the other 2 were covered in pee and toilet paper. Looks like days have gone by without cleaning. I used to enjoy going into Target. I only go in now when it's necessary to.

This place is always a mess, the parking is terrible and they have a family that's been in this parking lot for like 5 years harassing people for money claiming to be homeless on their iPhones. Everything is so cluttered and now with this whole "tuck friendly" child clothing they've just gotten out of hand with everything.

Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.

I really like going to this Target but they never have any lines open. No matter the time of the year they only open the self check lanes. Know one is ever at a register until the self check line is backed up to cosmetics. My sister used to work at a Target so I know how it works but it seems the manager never is fully staffed. We have also done curbside orders and it is always a long wait if they get your order.They are doing a terrible job at displaying clothes for the culture and black history month. Every other Target I have been in has them up from not this one it is hidden in a corner which is very sad because a lot of black people live in this area.All in all my may have to start going to another Target even though this one will not loss business it is on the verge of losing mine.

The service here could be improved a little bit B7T this place is ALWAYS clean. And I always go straight to the Electronics section and they pretty much have a person there knows his stuff!! So I always find what I'm looking for...

Ordered curbside and alerted store I was in the way. Upon entering the Parking lot Target "disabled" curbside due to rain. I caught a Target employee delivering a curbside to car next to me, explained I was not able to check in and was told they had turned the service off while I was in route to the store. I explained I had one item, coffee k cups and if they couldn't make it out, I would cancel as the store is not close to my house. The employee offered to retrieve it. It was one box of k cups dropped in my back tail gate with at least a full cup Of rain water allowed to flow into the shopping bag. It would be impossible for the amount of water to fill the bag with any care or effort at all. Box fell apart as it was sitting in water inside the target bag. Up until now, Target has been my go to store due to Covid.

STARBUCKS REVIEW: I was having a great experience walking around target and my brother and I decided to finish the trip off at Starbucks. YIKES. The service was AWFUL. At first they were rushing us around 1:30 and completely disregarded what my order was. I get that the workplace is constantly busy but still. She didn't add what I wanted in my order so when my drink was ready I told her that I asked for something more/added. She then took my drink back and ROLLED HER EYES at me for something I tried telling her my correct order at the beginning. As I walked away my brother and I both heard them talking about me saying horrible things for no reason? I'm sorry?? How exactly does that work when someone doesn't listen the first time??? I'm giving y'all business and this is how I'm treated???? So after fixing said drink, she didn't announce my brothers drink being ready and when we walked up there to grab it she slammed MY drink that SHE messed up on the counter when I was right in front of her. When I grabbed my drink she rolled her eyes again and threw my straw at me. For Starbucks this was BY FAR the WORST experience I've ever had here. I should've just asked for my money back and no drink at all. I know damn well I shouldn't be talked to like that and disrespected like that. Next time I go out there to target, you bet your a** I'm talking to the manager.

Avoid the manager Wendy. You can clearly tell she hates her job. If you don't want to assist customers maybe don't be in the customer service industry.

I moved to cypress 5 years ago but then moved away and since moving back 4 weeks ago I have been to the drive up a couple of times. Employees at drive up are really nice hardworking men and women who seem to always have my items outside ready for me when I get there. I don't know how they're just standing their in the heat in Texas. I finally stepped inside when we had a storm and I forgot where everything was in this Target so it took me a while to find the toddler clothing then the girl clothing thank god for a employee that was hiding lol. But as I went to checkout I went to self checkout the guy that was there directing us was nice but I guess this woman is the manager she started yelling this ones open come on next In line. We can see we can do it ourselves I felt like a toddler being moved in a direction I understand it's raining but we will all get through.

The drive up pick up is very quick. The employees are very nice at the drive up. I love also the option of running in for things that I may need last minute; I usually get everything I need.

The black manager tonight had an attitude and pounced on my wife and I as we walked in the store without a mask. I'm from Texas and they are not required. He asked us to put one on and I said no b/c governor said it wasn't mandatory. He got in my face and said target is private and we had to. I said no that is wrong and target was public. He was so loud and obnoxious that he got a group of black people to start harassing us from a distanced by chanting at us. I said we would leave if that was a requirement and he said there is the door so get out. I looked up targets policy after we walked out. All he had to politely say was that even though the governor said no mask; that it was still targets policy. He almost caused a bad situation due to poor management and judgement on his part. He handled the whole situation poorly. I will never shop at this Target again.

This target is well organize and has most things always stocked. The service for returns is fast and easy if you have a receipt. I appreciate them sanitizing the carts for each customer. It's just the parking lot situation... I hate going in and out of here! It's mad insane, and I can't even deal.
