Target optical told me to write to them via email. Sent two and no response. Ugh. Spent money I wasn’t planning on spending. Had a coupon that was plastered all over the website that no one honored. Annoyed and ignored. Wish I could give 0 stars

Biggest target in katy? But always out of stock with the things you need. It's better to go in copperfield location.

I had an interesting experience at this location. I placed an order online to avoid tax-free weekend and back to school shopping in the store. I waited at the pick up counter for 17 minutes for my order to be wrong and incomplete. An item on my order wad labeled "INF" and couldn't be fulfilled because they were out of stock. However, on the app it showed the store had 7 of the item I ordered available. On the app, it showed the items was on aisle C44. So, I walked around the store looking for aisle C44 that did not exist.
I stopped in electronics and asked Joel for assistance. Joel was AMAZING!!! He stated that he'd only been at this location for 1.5 weeks and sometimes items are keyed incorrectly on the app....no biggie. Joel was very helpful to show me how to use the app. He pulled up the map of the store to show me where the item was. On the map, it had the item in the seasonal area on isle C8 (where the school supplies were). I walked to asile C8 and there I saw what was "INF = out of stock". What made matters worse is one of the items that was on my actual order was above the INF item...go figure ?. So it led me to believe that someone was too lazy to grab my item for me. I thanked Joel for his assistance, because he wanted to make sure I had what I was looking for.
I went back to the pick up counter and spoke to a manager, Xochl(sp), and told her what happened. She didn't seem to be too concerned on my experience. On top of the 15 wasted minutes I had upon my arrival, I spent an additional 25 minutes walking around the store to find the INF item = 40 minutes of WASTED TIME & INCONVENIENCE!!!!
If it wasn't for Joel, my rating would be lower.

Called between 10:15-11:15 twenty-two times, multiple departments, guest services, every option available and NO BODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, horrible horrible customer service!

I will not mince words..... one star because no improvement. They never have what you need! The employees are great but the leadership is still wanting. Whoever does the ordering needs to be replaced. They rely on the computers so much that they never do visual checks. The AREA supervisor really needs to audit their managers. Specifically grocery section. I would have given zero stars but posting requires a star.

"This target is close to where I live, so I usually come here, but seriously, don't waste your time. They have 0 customer service skills, and they pick and choose who to apply their policies almost always. The store is chaotic and has no good inventory. Again, horrible customer service. 0 is a better rating, but we don't have that option."

The store is great and the employees are friendly. I go here a few times a week. But they need to put stop signs from the parking lot going out into the main driveways. There’s 3 main driveways; the one in front of Target, one in the middle, and one near Chick-fil-A. Obviously, that’s the main driveways that lead out into the road, which is consider the right of way? People are driving right out into them from the parking lot and not stopping at all to yield. I almost hit someone today because they did not stop and there was another accident just like that right after me. Stop signs are not expensive and I really don’t see why you can’t get them put up for the safety of your customers.

Very nice and convenient target for the Elyson residents. However, time after time my gf and I have come to this store to get groceries and always manage to find common things that ARE NOT available... Natural grape jelly, 1% milk that isn't expired, some different types of chips, fresh avocados, a bigger ice cooler... these are all things you can expect to NOT find at this target but at pretty much any other store. I really hope they get this fixed as most reviews have noticed this.
It's a great store, but if this continues I'd definitely drive a little further to a big grocery store with more offerings in stock.

Store was very clean and well organized wasn’t too packed and good parking! Lines moved very quickly as well Would definitely come back to this target !
