Was there with my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago and this one worker in the clothing department skinny, tall, short hair, tattoo behind the ear, black, female? I'm actually not sure if they were a girl or not. Anyways she couldn't be bothered to recognize us or look up from her phone. She just pretended that were weren't right there talking to her. One star for that reason.

Target's on site delivery to your vehicle of your order is a godsend. I am old and challenged in walking. Now, shopping at my favorite store is easy to find and order online and pick up in a very short time from my car. Great service for those who want to save time -- have very courteous staff.

This location has poor costumer service. self checkout was not registering the sale, asked the employee, her advice was try using your app, and walked off. Couldn't get it to work, so just had to leave without any items. guess I'll go across the street to Walmart and buy em....

I always visit Target.love shopping there,though it's not pocket friendly these days but I am accustom to buy my skin care products and kitchen warehouse from here..You won't regret visiting as everything is stock and they don't compromise on quality. Guest service is 10/ 10 out of many stores.

I had a pickup order today & Jasmine was an absolute pleasure. The parking lot was packed and she worked as quickly as she could. It’s been a long week for me & it’s easy to take your frustrations out on everyone but Jasmines energy was refreshing and turned my morning around.

Someone stole my purse at this location right out the basket in the store. The team manager never came to guest service to see about the customer.

1 star specifically related to customer service. Target customer service department in store is understaffed and impossible to get a hold of.
I had a question about a return and tried to call three different times either no one answered or once someone answered and immediately put me on hold for 15 minutes!
When I go in store, there’s always a huge line with one person working. If y’all know that you have a lot of people coming in needing customer service, why not make sure that they are supported and have enough people to handle the load.👎👎👎
