No refunds, no exchanges, no credits … NO HELPCouch was significantly raked back and therefore too deep! Was no able to see inside the store the way all the furniture was arranged. Called within 1 hr of delivery and was told No refunds, No Credits, No exchanges.

They were patient while allowing me and my husband work through our differences in recliners ! Offered lots of alternative's that gave me the look i wanted at the price my husband agreed to! - i saw a lot more furniture i want. We will be back!

We visited the Texas Furniture Hut location at US 290 and Barker-Cypress twice. Each time we were hosted by Craig Taply. Craig was very friendly, very informative, and accommodating by showing features such as how the bookcase shelving could be adjusted, the various configurations of the units, and how they were sold individually and as a set. He was very comfortable to talk to and we ended buying a number of items from him. We think Craig deserves the highest (5-star) rating.
