This manager is very rude, I don't know why people like that are in those positions, she is not at all interested in customer service, she doesn't know how to treat people.

Sunday 3/17/24- I have never been harassed by so many store employees at each aisle that I had to leave my items and walk out the store. Disappointed being mistreated like this from minorities when I am one as well. Guess at the 290 location if you not white then you’re gonna get followed around and questioned. Staying a customer at the Katy Mills location where warm and friendly service is given to all customers. 290 go take some diversity & inclusion courses along with customer service etiquette.

The Larmer I bought turned out to be a candle. I asked them for a refund, but they refused. They asked me to call customer service.

I needed some travel size of skin care before a trip so came to this outlet. On maps, this was shown to be a Lancome store, but it had a variety of skin care items from Clinique, Lancome, etc. There were plenty of travel size options for some products as well. I didn't notice a lot of makeup other than foundations (which I needed) on my visit so if you are looking for a lot of cosmetics then this may not be a good spot for you.

Very bad attitude! Fake deals! They won’t tell you are qualified for extra gifts! The discounts are not attracting compared to online websites.

I came to shop on Black Friday,but I'm extremely angry!!Because they don't treat customers of every skin color fairly and I feel like they are being racist!!When I was checking out it was clear that my order was over 150 but I was only given the two advertised freebies,not the ORIGINS set that was given to me over 125.When I went to check my package after checking out and realized I didn't have this freebie I went to ask the cashier.I asked the cashier about it,but then I realized that a non-Asian customer behind me had gotten the gift set.So I asked her why she didn't give me the origin freebie and she said it was gone when I checked out,but she didn't mention anything about it when I checked out.I said why did the customer behind me get the freebie and she said they just got it out of the warehouse and it wasn't there when I checked out so they couldn't give it to me. This made no sense at all!I asked for a manager and she told me to wait until she was done with the long line of customers.I was so angry that I called the manager in the store to come and take care of it, it took several times for the manager to come and ask me what happened,I recounted the story and she kept defending her employee,not apologizing and making me get back in line before she could take care of it for me. So I waited in another long line before it was my turn, and I realized that the free haircare had selection and the girl who checked me out never mention any options at all.Although the manager eventually gave me the freebies I deserved,I didn't hear a single word of apology for all the time from start to finish.I don't understand why the non-Asian customers behind me don't need to go through all the trouble to get the freebies they deserve,is this company discriminating against Asians?I forgot to ask for their names but their CASHIER IDs are ****************!I've never seen such poor service and company before,I would like to get a reasonable explanation and apology from your company!

If you want to be waited on by an adult salesperson who knows about cosmetics this is the store for you. Aliya was very knowledgeable about which facial care products I should be using on my very dry skin. There were several other customers in the store today who said they come to this store for the savings and the staff. So I'm not the onlyone who is impressed. I was never pressured into purchasing anything and Aliya kindly suggested I try another more flattering color of make-up. I bought the Esteé Lauder brand at half-price today. (23 Sep 2023) It's true the store does not carry the full-line you might find in a department store but last time I was at Dillards, they didn't have all of the eye shadows in stock either. They are located at the Premium Outlet Mall on 290 in Houston. Give them a try and if you plan to go, visit in the morning and get in a cool morning walk, while you window shop at other mall stores.

The Cosmetics Company Store's always offer a great value.. but this location? They're just rude and incompetent.When purchasing an item over the phone, especially cosmetics or fragrances with a high cost, it's important to know what you're getting. This store took my order for one item but charged me/shipped me a very different item (an "Extreme" version that they quoted me as the original version). This meant not only spending $40 extra for it, but getting something I had no interest in.After receiving it 2 weeks later, immediately seeing that it was the wrong item, I called and was told "We never had the original, only extreme". I was transferred to the manager, Mark, who explained "I don't do refunds or returns". So there's nothing I can do? "all sales are final"I'm fine with that.. if they sent me/charge me for what I ordered.If I paid a premium for a cheese pizza and they deliver me me an "Everything pizza" at a higher cost, how is that my fault?Don't shop here. Go to Grand Prairie or something where they're able to read the product names correctly.

Just called them today to ask if they have the product I’m looking for. The guy who picked up my phone is sooookok rude. I said thank you. He just hung up directly and madly. What’s wrong with you???? If you don’t like working there, just quit and stopped my ruling others’ day. Good think I never and won’t ever go there at all!!!

Hi this is cloud AndersonI went to the Houston store at 290, I had the super bad experience! I want to purchase 6 of Tomford perfume, the manager Marc said I can only buy 5 this is the rule I was likeok. before I leave I saw a couple purchased 40 of the perfume So I ask why they can buy 40or 50 same item? the manager Marc said they have more people purchasing the item, but there are only 2 customer besides me in the shop. Marc no one is stupid!!! I know those people are your friends, and you broke the rule yourself so you can sell to your friends instead of other customers. At least be fair and sell everyone the same amount. Stop utilizing your manager's perks to treat people differently. I am very mad, this store manager is rigged! Stop shopping there when he is around.
