The only place I go for extremely high quality service with just as high quality environment and sticks. These guys just know everything about everything in their store and they NEVER try to over sell you on ANYTHING. If anything these guys try and give you the best bang for your buck every time you come in. Never a single complaint and always FULLY STOCKED. Also, the place just smells amazing. Will continue to give my money and business to these great guys.

Great shop! The brothers are nice and very knowledgeable. They keep a very good selection and get special edition cigars often. I'm not a member and I don't spend very much money there and often go months without visiting, but I get treated well every time.

Nice cigar spot. They have one of the better selections around and a nice sized humidor Members area in the back to relax. This is my go to spot because the cigars are kept how they are supposed to and always smoke real nice. it's close to home so that's another plus

Great selection of cigars, probably one of the most stocked cigar shops I've seen since Ybor City (the capital of cigars). The truth is they only received a 3 star because I've never been in to a cigar shop who charges to enjoy a cigar which you are purchasing. The rep told me for me to use their lounge I had to be a member @ 200.00 year or if i wanted a locker it was 400.00 a year. You have a cigar store in Cypress,Texas not Beverly Hills, California. They don't even do this in London.

Terrible customer experience. Walked in with my wife for the first time today and we were both very rudely met by the front desk clerk. I asked if they had a lounge as I couldn’t see any seating in the front by the register and the clerk had a very nasty attitude explaining that it was a members only club. Looked around and walked out. Won’t be giving them any of my money with that kind of attitude.

I really enjoy the convenience of having a good cigar shop just around the corner from my house. Every time I go in the stock is always full. I have not inquired about a cigar club, but they do have a back room lounge. The prices are fair. It is a small business and they are well informed on all of their sticks. Pictures I have are two recent sticks I got. One I purchased and one was part of a promotion. They have specials it seems like every time I go in. Great guys very respectful.

They were very helpful picking out cigars from their wide selection. Prices seemed in line with other stores I've been to around the Houston area. Will go back for sure. Great customer service.
