Always be sure they process the cancellation paperwork, terrible business, the audacity to charge me without a single call or text message or even an email letting me know I had unused credits. Whoever runs this place needs to do better, never recommending this place ever.

I started going here in April 2023 for a very painful twist I was suffering from, so bad I couldn’t walk without a cane. I was in a ton of pain, but between Dr Shayan and Dr Josh they got me right. It’s been a blessing, the entire staff from walking in to reception with Ashlyn who remembers your name after a couple visits to Dr Shayan and Dr Josh doing the adjustments. They are personable, make you feel welcome, and overall great at what they do.
Let me put it like this I came in walking with a cane and after about 2 visits no longer needed it and still don’t need it to this day! It was definitely a team effort to get back to where I was before the cane!
And I still go by once a week for a tune up!

Misleading Autopay Policy - Buyer Beware!
I'm extremely disappointed with The Joint Chiropractic's business practices. When I signed up for their membership program, I was not informed about the autopay monthly plan details. They failed to disclose that I would be automatically charged every month without my explicit consent.
Only after the first automatic deduction from my account did I realize what had happened. When I contacted their customer service, they simply stated that it was their standard policy and that I should have read the fine print.
The lack of transparency and clear communication about their autopay policy is unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I've since cancelled my membership, but I'm still disputing the charges.

- Poor customer service
I advise others to be cautious when signing up with The Joint Chiropractic. Make sure to ask about their autopay policy and get everything in writing. Don't rely on verbal assurances, as they may not honor them.

The team at Joint Chiropractic Cypress is fantastic. The receptionist at the front desk is always kind, courteous, and upbeat. Dr Shayan's treatment leaves me absolutely refreshed. I’m confident that I’m receiving the best treatment for my needs.There are many plans offering multiple visits. The whole staff at the Cypress location is outstanding and have won me over by going the extra mile.

Highly recommend this location due to its calm environment & awesome staff!!!
I referred family members to this specific location because of how we are treated.
Ash, the receptionist, is so helpful. She is always smiling and greets me every time I come in.
Josh is the best, always my go to chiropractor.

At first I was not very convinced, I had a very acute pain in the lower part of my back, incredibly on the first visit I had an incredible improvement, I continue with my treatment and I feel very good I highly recommend it Regards to Dr Josh

I want to share something about this place. They are shady . They have you sign some kind of wellness contract in somewhere in the medical forms and if you signed it by mistake and then they will keep charging you every month and sometimes twice a month it depends upon how much money they want and then will refuse to give you refund. They are very unprofessional and unethical. Lady at reception she don’t even was ready to accept that they are charging and when we send the screenshot of our account and then she was like it was a contract and we couldn’t refund. Please make sure if you are going to this place before putting your intial you go through that paper work thoroughly as they not going to tell you
