Leaving my 6-week-old baby in someone else’s care was one of the most nerve-wracking experiences I’ve ever had to do. I toured several daycares and left each one feeling discouraged none of them gave me the confidence or peace of mind I needed. That all changed when I found The Nest. From the moment I walked into the infant classroom, I could feel the difference. The room was calm, organized, and every baby looked genuinely happy, safe, and cared for. Mrs. Maria, Mrs. Bernice, and Mrs. Ari do an incredible job they pour so much love into their work, and it’s obvious in the way the babies interact with them. You can tell the babies feel secure and cherished by how they smile and snuggle into their teachers. Now that my daughter is 6 months old, seeing her light up when she sees her teachers and giggle as we leave just reaffirms that I made the right choice. Every time I walk in, there are always two attentive teachers in the classroom. The babies are either smiling during tummy time, peacefully sleeping, or being lovingly fed. I especially love how much they encourage tummy time it’s made a big difference for my daughter’s development. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. If I could give The Nest 1,000 stars, I would.
We also love Mrs. Emily at the front desk for always greeting us so warmly, and to Ms. Reagan for stepping into the classroom whenever needed with the same love and care. It really takes a village, and I’m so thankful mine includes The Nest.

I am so happy with The Nest Schools Towne Lake. After having to make a quick daycare transition a year ago, Ms. Vicki welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Ms Vicki is amazing and keeps everything running smooth. We love the amazing staff like Ms. Tia, Ms. Ari, Ms. Yoana, (especially) Ms. Shay, Ms. Dipa, Ms. Kelsey, Ms. Joan, Ms. Erica, and the list just goes on!
Thank you Nest team and Ms. Vicki for helping my girls learn and grown 💖

The Nest School has been really great with my son. We have had really positive experiences there and my son loves going to the summer camp.

The Nest Schools was a great daycare for my children. Ms. Vickie, Brooke, and the rest of the staff were amazing, attentive, helpful, and easy to talk to about any issues. My kids formed a great bond with their teachers. Unfortunately we had to pull them, due to the distance from our new home. It was a difficult decision for us. If ever we moved closer to this facility I would certainly take them there again.

Let me start off saying, the ONLY teachers I will trust whole heartedly with my kids is miss Maria, miss Lacey. Miss Gina. Miss Ashley and miss Mya. Everyone else I don’t trust. Go in the penguins class when miss Lacey leaves. Watch the cameras for 5 minutes. You’re see kids getting attacked CONSTANTlY by others. The teacher does nothing. The infants class now sends bottles home every night, however they left 3 bottles last week and NEVER gave them, or the diaper bag to my contact picking them up. Which the morning teacher told them. They fired the director and no one there knows what there doing. The assistant director hung up on me after saying I have to be a huge fee for my kids to leave to go to there new school. They are a money tree and only care about the money and not the kids. Again besides the 4 teachers I mentioned at first! They cut back all the good teachers hours and wonder why everyone complains, my child has also been sent home with bottles that arnt hers, in the infant class. I can’t even feel comfortable talking to the “assistant director” because she ignores you. Billing lady is a whole mother situation. Any logical person knows that when something is being processed on youre bank/card. You get it it in the app as being processed. I also bank with a company that will send me texts if anything declines or anything new posting. Let me tell you not ONCE did anything pend/proceeds or decline. Yet claims she charged it 4 times and it declined. Then processed to me “my account is closed” when I used my card everyday and shows on the app I’ve had the account since 2021. Do they care no? They just charge fees to try to gain more money!!! I also have NCI- so they are not supposed to charge any type of fees or anything. They also handle transfers so they give you the day you’re able to attend new school but according to miss Vicky thats not how things work when she’s doing several things wrong! I am not only reporting them to corporate who doesn’t do anything either, but also work force and health and human services! I know watch the cameras all day to make sure my children are okay when I have no trust in the director or the afternoon teachers!! I’m so ready for my kids to leave this terrible place!!!! I wish I could bring the 4 sweet teachers with me to the new care because they deserve nothing but a better place that treats them better!!! I hope everything but the best for them. However avoid this daycare at ALL COSTS!!!! I’ve had multiple issues before all this as well!!!

Thanks to Ms Tia and Ms Arianne I feel at peace every morning when I drop my baby off. They are the best teachers I could ever ask for my little one, he runs to hug them every morning. Ms Vicki, Ms Mayra, Ms Tia and Ms Arianne, I don’t have enough words to thank you for everything you do for us. We are so blessed and grateful to have you all 4 to take care of Nicolas.

My baby (15 months) just started at this facility and love every minute of it. We have access to the cameras to pop in and see what he is doing. So that’s a nice security blanket. I love that this daycare isn’t just “babysitting” but they are actually teaching and he’s learning new things. He is in the Ducklings room right now and his teachers are VERY patient with not just him but all of the kids. Ms. Myra, the director, (I hope I spelled that correctly) is so welcoming and warming. On my baby first day he was having trouble at nap time so she took him into her office and sang him to sleep. 10/10 recommend, who knew I’d feel so safe with a daycare.

We love The Nest Schools! They have tentured, amazing teachers and have always taken care of us. My son absolutely adores his teachers (Mrs. Maria, Ms. Agnes & Ms. J) and has just moved up to the next class. They have a ton of fun activities for many holidays and occasions (including Mother's & Father's Day), plus I get adorable pictures and keepsakes! I love to peek into the classroom and watch my son zoom around using the parent WatchMeGrow app! They know my son so well and attend to all of his needs as they arise plus follow any schedule I may give them in regards to feedings and naps. I listen to their recommendations and evaluations, as well, since my son spends most of his time during the week with them.We picked this place based on the reviews and it is mid-tier with price point. We toured over 12 daycares/schools. This school as a numerous amount of enrichment programs, healthy meals and even provide free diapers and formula to their infants classes. Again, majority of all the teachers are tenured which speaks volumes. New teachers are put through an intricate training program and then mentored by a senior teacher before they start on their own.I will 110% recommend this school to parents who are looking for a loving, family/community environment for their child to grow up in. My son goes here and his future siblings will be attending here as well! Thank you to all The Nest Staff for their love, care and hard work that they put towards the children.I do not recommend taking the negative reviews into account when considering this school, as many of those are either personal issues, preferences or first time parents who may not understand how children interact with one another in a group setting. We are in the age of technology and kids from Kindergarden through college are all learning on tablets now. No daycare is going to have zero incident reports, especially with toddlers. They are kids! They are going to bite, scratch, cry and many other things to try and communicate while they learn how to process their emotions. Even at home, you cannot prevent all bumps, bruises and tumbles. Any older reviews are from previous management or before it became one of The Nest Schools (The Foundations Academy). Every daycare/preschool that my daughter went to had an annual price increase, the only reason she did not attend this school is because she started 1st grade when we moved to the area. Everyone is dealing with inflation and the increase for this year was minimal compared to the quality care that our child receives (the price decreases the older they get). Of course the increase goes towards they teachers as well. I spoke with one of the teachers who was leaving and they loved The Nest at Towne Lake! They had a better opportunity in a new career and will miss the school and children so much. There are always two sides to every story. Also, please know that if you do not want the school to give out your information to other people you do not know, please do not be upset when they respect someone else's privacy in the same manner. People are more quick to post a negative review than a positive one, so looking at the number of positive reviews The Nest has is impressive! I work in HR and can comfortably say that this school operates in a professional manner and takes all incidents very seriously. This is an amazing place for children to grow and develop and I highly recommend them for your consideration!!!

Great place! We moved over here about a year and a half ago and were so nervous to start our kids in a new school and they have been nothing but wonderful. Always willing to work with me and answer all my questions along the way and all the teachers just love my kids like they are their own.

I appreciate the Director and Assistant Director in addition to the teachers at this facility. Ms. Myra and Ms. Rebecca are very helpful. My oldest is 7 and his brother is 3. We have been using their services since my oldest started attending.

We love the Nest School! This is our son’s first experience with school and play with other kids. The moment we arrived for our tour, the assistant director showed us the live stream camera that’s in his classroom and playground , we knew this will be the one. She also took us out to the playground for him to play. You would’ve think, all schools should have live streaming, but nope! Not only that, all of the staff in the school knows our son’s name by heart, and everyday they are all so welcoming! We went from going part time to full time, because how much he’s learning from school and how much he loves his teachers and friends! If I could give more stars, I would because they deserve it all!

We started with the Nest last year and chose this daycare because of the curriculum and clean, bright facility. We liked the teachers right away and really felt that our daughter warmed up to them immediately. After awhile we had a few concerns with some biting incidents and set up a meeting with the director and while we discussed the issues at hand, we felt that overall she made a lot of excuses and dismissed concerns with a “I’m so busy” attitude. After awhile we started to notice other concerns such as maxing out the ratio in our toddlers class. While this is technically “allowed”, this very obviously caused the teachers to be overwhelmed and led to them to feel frustrated (understandably) and find ways to keep the kids occupied such as using their tablets to entertain the kids with shows. We addressed this concern with the assistant director and director and were told that screen time was not allowed and it would be corrected. However no additional support was given to the teachers so they once again used the tablets later on. I ended up calling the regional director and finally the problem seemed to be addressed as the teachers received another teacher in the classroom and the tablet usage seemed to stop for awhile. Another disappointment has been the complete lack of any celebrations - even mothers and Father’s Day - due to “not excluding other families”. I found this to be more of an excuse to not spend money and disappointing to not give the kids opportunities to have celebrations and include their community and families. Additionally, due to the splash pad being broken, the kids didn’t get a single splash pad day all summer in this extreme heat. While they did do a water field day once instead, it was disappointing that we pay a premium for this location and they couldn’t get the splash pad up and running through the entire summer. Finally, with the price increase effective in September 2023 we decided we were going to leave because the 6.5% increase doesn’t seem to align with the quality of this daycare. Not only is there not enough teachers, most of the teachers we loved have left, there are no celebrations with community/family, and the problem that I addressed numerous times with the tablets that was fixed for awhile once again started and is still TO THIS DAY occurring even in our daughters new classroom, but at this point we’ve given up and just let it happen since we will be leaving. Overall I’m pretty disappointed with the administrative team and the lack of care to address concerns and provide a community and family friendly environment, especially considering the price tag of attending this daycare. Leaving 2 stars for the incredible teachers we had that are still there - namely Miss Haley, Miss Ty, and Miss Lauren. Hopefully that 6.5% increase goes towards a great pay raise for them.

I feel comfortable leaving my child with the staff at The Nest School. My child has grown so much, socially and cognitively. The teachers make helpful suggestions when it comes to potty training etc. I would definitely recommend sending your child to this school.
