Old man in the office was very rude. I will never be using U-haul again. Old guy couldn’t even tell us how much extra would be charged due to he “turned the uhaul website down already”

I reserved a uhaul truck for 11:30am at this place I called around 10:00am to make sure everything was ready and no answer I kept calling and calling and no one answered. I arrived at the place at 11:30 and no one was there I have been waiting for over two hours to get a hold of someone and still no one answered. I had to call uhaul 1 800 number and find another truck which took another 2 hours to find one that was last minute last minute and I had to go on the other side of town to get it. Worst experience ever do not rent a truck from them no one will be there.

Friendly service. I made my reservation online and my trailer was ready when I got there they even helped me hook it up (other U-Haul haven't done that in the past). Easy drop off...
