I'm disappointed with my recent shopping experience. My friend and I spent $153 on clothes and requested an extra bag, but were charged for it. Unfortunately, the staff member was impatient and rude. We won't be returning.

The most disorganized store. It took us 2 hours to just get our stuff billed. There were a few staff that were just downright and unnecessarily rude. Our request for information on a certain item and where a certain item was located was met with cold and disgustingly rude answers. I am never stepping foot in this store again and wouldn’t recommend this to any one as well!!

I wish I could give less star! Although the store has good deals and good clothes! Today a lady who works there! He treated my 3 year old girl very badly! We really feel humiliated! Who believes that a 3-year-old girl has the ability to destroy a store? Why don't you talk to their parents if people make you uncomfortable? I looked at my little daughter with hate and contempt! That is not done! Learn to be more human in life! May God forgive her!

I bought three T-shirts but their size was smaller than regular small sizes that I wear usually. The fitting room at this store was full for over 20 min so I thought it’s my size and didn’t try it in the store(only two fitting rooms is not enough). I wanted to return it but they refused and said that the manager would call me back and let me know if it is acceptable to return it. The manager didn’t call me back and when I called them twice, the manager behavior was not respectful!! I don’t buy from them anymore. Poor customer service!

There was a black Hispanic man with terrible service, a very friendly black American lady, but the one at the cashier, an arrogant and rude person, I will not return and I recommend that the store does not come very well, but its employees, especially that very bad Hispanic black boy.
