The time on Google says closes at 5pm. But here at 4:17pm and the doors are closed.

Their hours say they open at 9 on Saturday . This is wrong information. This confuses customers that have to come and wait outside the door

Nicole was a huge help! Not only did she explain the pricing to me, she boxed my items together so that my package to my daughter would be arriving at the same time! She went above and beyond and I give this location 5 stars thanks to her!

First off - I am an adult female (and my voice is husky), and the rude younger female that answered the phone kept calling me sir, and I said my voice is deep, AND THAT I AM A FEMALE! And she still didn't listen to me.
ALSO SEE THE REVIEW RIGHT AFTER MINE - IT'S ALSO ONE STAR - IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THAT.
BTW - MY CALLS ARE RECORDED - I WISH I COULD ATTACH IT RIGHT HERE, AND AFTER SHE RUDELY HUNG UP - BECAUSE SHE WAS GIVING ME ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS THAT I WAS NOT ASKING (SHE WASN'T LISTENING TO ME AT ALL) - I CALLED BACK AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, AND HE WAS TOO BUSY TO TAKE MY CALL.
UPS NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS LOCATION FROM THEIR SERVICES. SEE THE NEXT REVIEW AFTER MINE - IT'S ALSO ONE STAR.
Also, every question I asked - she had answers that didn't answer what I was asking, and when I expressed that I was getting frustrated - she hung up on me ... I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR THIS COMPANY, AND I HOPE UPS SEES THIS REVIEW.
I WAS NOT RUDE; HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN A VICE PRESIDENT AT A COMPANY, AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I WANTED OR NEEDED, AND I HAVE THE BUSINESS ACUMEN TO HAVE AN INTELLIGENT CONVERSATION.
ASK FOR A MAN WHEN YOU CALL THIS COMPANY OR DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.
IT'S VERY BAD BUSINESS TO HANG UP ON PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER!!!

Too many times it was crowded, staff disorganized and have other priorities than serving customers. There's no one to complain to at corporate, so I do that here. Try to avoid this store as much as you can.

Brandon is one of the most embolus employees. He demonstrates patience, even when others are playing around loud talking, even being disrespectful he just continue to tend to the customers. Employees like this are very rare.

Parking is challenging.
