Today (09/09) around 1:35 PM, I went to return some Amazon items. I had placed two items in one package. After scanning one of the items, the young female employee helping me quickly closed the package. I told her there was another item inside that also needed to be scanned, but she responded in a very rude tone, saying I should have packaged the items separately.
She then opened the package, took out the second item, repeated the same comment again in a rude tone, and nearly threw the item onto the desk. I
I understand she may have been frustrated, but the way she treated a customer was completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for a long time, and I know she’s a new employee but if she’s already behaving this way, she definitely needs to be retrained in proper customer service.

Brought in a box for return and placed it on the scale. The lady said they want you to pay for shipping, which I agreed. She then said it will be about $30.
I questioned her “about $30?” Because that was not an acceptable nor accurate response.
She proceeded to take measurements and said that she was way off. It was now $83.
I grabbed my box and walked straight out.
Never going back to this store.

Absolutely amazing service here at the UPS. I came in for a US Notary appointment and not only was Robert extremely helpful, but everything was finished in under 10 minutes. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Couldn’t recommend more!

The UPS store itself was fine, but overall delivery time for a small package going from Cypress, Texas to Ponder, Texas, minutes from Denton, Texas is ridiculous. April 17- drop off, as of April 23- no package delivered yet... W T H??
On the same drop off, a different package went from Cypress, Texas to a rural area, west of Riverton, Wyoming and was delivered before 2pm on Tuesday 04/22/25. For the price I was charged, I expect better.

I went to this location to return some items, but I wasn't sure how to print out the return label so, I sat down at their computer and used my personal cell phone. When I finally figured it out, I was told I would be charged $5.00 for sitting in the chair too long (not using the computer). I explained to the young girl with brown hair with bangs that was wasn't using their computer, I was trying to figure out how to print. She was so frustrated that she threw my package down to the ground in front of other customers. She also failed to seal my package while I was there. No walked out because I was about to lose my temper. She needs to be reprimanded for her inappropriate behavior and lack of professionalism!! I'll take my returns somewhere else. 👎👎👎👎👎

While the store may be backed up and totally busy, the family that runs this location are the nicest and most polite people I've ever met and I'll continue to come here because of them.

Avoid this location like the plague if shipping anything having to do with the 2nd Amendment. I was told they would NOT return ship a gun part because `it goes against their rules' even though it was delivered to my home by UPS. I'll gladly drive a little further for any of my shipping needs now, thanks.

I was in the UPS Store in Cypress, TX (Fairfield area) with a friend today. She was having a hard day and had issues getting a barcode and info for a label for a return package on her phone. Mark was the Customer Service Rep. He helped her get the info she needed off her phone, sent a fax to the UPS office for her, printed a label and took care of getting the package ready to mail. He was so very helpful, patient and kind. This store is always busy but we always get the help we need when we are there. Mark is truly an angel.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have managed to lose not one but two packages in one week that I’ve shipped from this store. I went into the store today to get an update on where my tracking number isn’t even in the system, and they were clueless. What a joke!
